𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐆𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐑 𝐖𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐓𝐎 Lincoln High School alongside her childhood best friends Monica Geller and Rachel Green.
Around three weeks before high school graduation, Caroline had gotten a phone call explaining the death of her parents and her little brother, Ryan.
The couple and their youngest child had unfortunately died after getting into a car accident in the way pack from the zoo, which Caroline couldn't have gone to because of work reasons.
Heartbroken, she moved from New York City to England, where her mother was born and raised, in hopes to get away from all the memories and hurt that had been brought upon her.
Caroline's two best friends, Monica and Rachel, were distraught that she was moving away to the other side of the world but after a long time of waiting for her to come back, they eventually made their peace with it.
At the age of twenty-five, Caroline decides to move back to New York, fed up with hiding from the fact that her parents and brother were dead.

With a box in her hands, Caroline moved up the stairs of her new apartment building and gets stopped by two handsome men around a year or two older than her.
"Hey, do you need any help with that?" One of them asks, whilst the other stands there mouth open slightly and eyes dazing a bit.
"Uh yes please, if you wouldn't mind, I'm new to the building, I'm Caroline" The girl states with a smile on her face as the man from before takes the box out of her hands.
"This is my friend Chandler and I'm Joey, how you doin'?" The man Caroline now knows as Joey conveys with his pick up line making the girl answer, "I'm good, thank you for asking, it's nice to meet you both"
Joey looks at Chandler like Caroline had gone crazy not falling for his line but Chandler just whispered, 'Doesn't matter
Chandler and Joey continued to help the girl bring all of her boxes up to her apartment and soon realise she is right next door to themselves and diagonal from Monica and Phoebe's apartment.
"Cool, we're neighbours," Joey says happily with a large grin on his face. "Joey, could you be any more excited?" Chandler jokes, not noticing his emphasised 'be'.
Before either of the two could answer a girl with dark shortish hair walked out of her apartment before her steps come to a halt, "Caroline"
"Monica" the girl responds quickly, the two stared at each other for a few moments in silence until Chandler spoke up,
"Well isn't this awkward" Joey knocks out of his trance and quickly questions Monica, "Wait, how do you know hot girl Caroline?"
The brown-eyed girl named Caroline' head tilts slightly and her eyebrows furrow a little bit as she fights back a grin. Monica turns her head to look at Joey and Chandler whilst analysing,
"Caroline's my old best friend along with this other girl Rachel, me and Rachel, kinda drifted away after high school, but uh, Caroline moved to England because of" She was cut off seeing Caroline's hurt look and adds on to her unspoken statement, "personal reasons. Hey Care, you look good"
"You too, Monica" Caroline responded, a smile creeping up onto her face hearing her old nickname.
Both boys decide to ignore it whilst Monica carries on, "Hey guys, Caroline why don't you all come on in for something to drink? Ohh and Caroline, you can meet my roommate, Phoebe"
"Why not" and "yeah alright" was heard from the two guys as Caroline shrugs her shoulders and walks behind them saying, "Sure, it'll be nice to catch up"
The two were then reunited and shared a bond stronger than before and Caroline makes some newly found best friends.
