The next day, I woke up to find that Winter was gone. Saved himself, I suppose, that coward. I thought to myself. Then, I realized that I still had my telejewel. I quickly clawed off my snout rope and touched my telejewel to my forehead, and whispered, "Moon, I need your help, I've been kidnapped and I'm in the middle of the desert. Help, please help." The large dragon banged on the bars of my cage sleepily, and said, "Quit your muttering." I quickly took the telejewel from my forehead, and replied, "Fine." When we finally arrived at where we were going, I sucked in a sharp breath. Oh, no, it's the Sky Kingdom. A familiar smug sneering face smirked at the sight of me in a cage. "Well, well, well, look what we have here." Gannet said in a playful tone, as if I'd been invited to play and had accepted instead of him kidnapping me and bringing me here. "What are you going to do to me?" I spat, determined not to show fear. "I'm going to make you pay." He held up a device that looked like a metal sphere with only one button. Gannet pressed the button, and an unbearable noise emitted from the sphere. It made me writhe in pain from the sound. He released the button and the horrible noise stopped. "Do you like it? I call it the terror sphere. It emits a sound that only affects hybrid dragons like you." Gannet explained smugly. He pressed the button again, and the noise started up again. I squirmed in pain as they took me to the prison above the arena. They took off all the restraints except for the wing bands and they attached metal cords to them. Then, they took off, leaving me atop the tower. I started to think of a way to escape, and I soon found myself pacing and muttering to myself. Then, I realized that the metal cords weren't attached to the tower, that they were attached to other prisoners around the arena. Maybe if we all take off at once ... no, because they probably wouldn't approve, and it's dangerous to be shouting escape plans across the queen's arena, and everyone knows that. I stamped my talons. Why is it so hard to make escape plans?! Then, I realized that in the arena down below, two dragons were fighting each other, and the queen and fans of dragon fighting were watching them. Some of the prisoners were also cheering, quite loudly, I might add. Eventually, a huge IceWing yelled, "YEAH, THAT'S HOW YOU DO IT, SNOWBANK, THAT'S HOW YOU DO IT!" I got very annoyed, and I roared at him, "Oh, SHUT UP! NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR YOU CHEER!" I realized that everything had gotten very quiet. Everyone was staring at me, in the case of the huge IceWing, glaring at me. The queen pointed one dainty talon up at me. "I want that one to fight."
