Seeing Takemichi walking so slowly with Draken on his back, Rian couldn't take it anymore.
"Ya know, just hand him to me. Can't stand it anymore."
"But wouldn't it make him more uncomfortable if we do that??" He asked.
"Ah... Then fasten up your speed, damn." She had no choice after realising what Takemichi said was true.
"Takemichi-kun!" both of them heard a sound and turned their heads. They saw two girls running towards their way.
"Hina! Emma!"
"We've called the ambulance!"
"How's Draken?!" The first thing Emma asked is Draken's condition.
"He's still alive. Don't worry." Takemichi answered, making her sigh in relief, but still worried.
They decided to settle at the place and wait for the ambulance to arrive.
It's been 10 minutes or so, and not yet a single trace of the ambulance.
"Hina, we're supposed to wait here for the ambulance, right?" Takemichi finally asked.
"Yeah, but... It seems like the road's packed because of the festival and rain.." She said, lowering her head.
It's when a bunch of footsteps were heard. They turned around and saw a group of people walking towards them.
Rian adjusted her eyes to see that they were wearing Toman uniforms.
Noticing that they were Kiyomasa's small group, she's starting to wonder.
'Why are they here? Are they enemies? Or allies?' Rian thought.
They stopped their steps not far away from the group that's with Draken.
"Oh? The sweet little Draken ain't dead yet!" One of them said.
'Tch... So they're enemies huh...' Rian clicked her tounge.
"Hey, why's Whimpy-Michi here?" One of Kiyomasa's underlings said.
"The 'Kiri' girl's here, too."
Kiyomasa's eyes squinted.
"You little shits. How dare you give me trouble here?"
"Hey, someone go get some duct tape again!"
They started laughing. Rian thought that it was weird. Why a duct tape? She turned her head, looking at Takemichi.
"Duct tape? What did they do to you before this?" she asked.
This made Takemichi took a step backwards.
"Takemitchy." a voice came from behind both Rian and Takemichi.
"Draken-kun.."
He sat up.
"You shouldn't move." Emma told him, but pretty sure he didn't cared.
"Draken, you really should listen to Emma there."
"Thank you, Takemitchy." he said.
"Take the girls with you and run." Draken looked at Takemichi, while Rian stared at him.
"The girls? Including me? Why? I can fight! You knew it!" Despite hating anyone that looked down on her, Rian asked Draken.
"I couldn't afford getting .... killed by Mikey. I'm fine, don't worry..."
"Run...?" Takemichi mumbled.
He turned his head, facing Kiyomasa's squad again.
"Hurry up, Takemitchy." Draken told him.
"Mitchy, you really should just run for now—" before Rian could finish her words, Takemichi yelled out. Making everyone stare at him in confusion.
"Mitchy....?"
"I'm so pathetic!!" He again said.
He then proceeds to open his arms as a shield. Shielding Rian and the rest of them behind.
"Hina, stay back."
"Eh..?"
"Draken-kun... Sorry. Thank you for giving me courage." he continued.
"Ha....?"
Everyone was of course, weirded out by his sudden behavior.
Takemichi then walked towards Kiyomasa and stopped in front of him.
"What do you want? Ya wanna die, shit head?"
"You sure you don't wanna run away? Moron!" The underlings started laughing again.
"I won't run away..." Takemichi blurted out.
"Kiyomasa-kun.... We haven't settled it, have we?"
"Ha?"
"The one-on-one back at the underground fight."
Just as Kiyomasa's confused, his underlings started looking way down at Takemichi.
"The hell are you saying?!"
"No matter how you look at it, it's your lost!"
"I didn't lose." Takemichi stared at them.
This made an irk mark appeared on Kiyomasa's forehead.
"Oooh. Then I bet 100 million on Takemitchy." Draken said.
"Eh? Draken-kun?!"
"It's bullshit, but imma play along. " Draken smiled.
"I bet 100 million on Takemichi-kun, too!" Hina followed on the bet.
"I bet 300 million!" Emma also yelled.
"Hina?? Emma-chan?!"
"Then I bet 900 million that Mitchy's gonna beat Kiyomasa." Rian raised her hand.
"Kiri-san??!" Takemichi looked at them in disbelief.
"These guys just lost their fucking minds, didn't they?" Kiyomasa laughed, along with his group.
"No, we didn't."
The group stopped laughing as Rian said that.
"Mitchy's gonna win this shit."
".... Thank you, everyone." Takemichi said.
"Let's go, Kiyomasa! Let's fight!!" He then charged towards Kiyomasa.
