Title: Never Stay Down

This is an alternative civil war fic where Peter is actually Phoenix and is the first person out there fighting for mutant rights. She won't let anyone stand in her way, not even Captain America.

Phoenix is not dealing with anybody's bullshit, no vigilante crosses her and she knows Bucky from Hydra and calls him Winter. And she destroys Steve and Wanda completly.
