"I love you too."

And with that, I drove home.

I was exhausted from all of the fun I had with Criss that day. I plugged in my earbuds and I turned on some music. A few minutes later I fell into a deep sleep.

~~

I woke up to a loud alarm. Crap, there was school today! I reluctantly got up and changed. I wore sweats and a gray t-shirt with a giraffe on it along with my usual black high-tops.

I ran to the bathroom and knocked on the door rapidly. After around 37 knocks, my brother busted out of the bathroom with an irritated look on his face. I forgot, he was leaving today.

I smiled and then ran into the bathroom to brush my teeth and rid my face of all of my day old makeup. I wiped under my eyes and left my smudged eyeliner on my eyelids.

I laughed and thought," Yesterdays eyeliner is todays Smokey Eye"

I stopped laughing and started to brush my crazy blonde hair. I put it in its normal ponytail and then ran to the kitchen to eat.

I got a bagel and put it in the toaster. When it popped up I flinched and then got out the butter.

I don't like cream cheese so one day I got bored and put butter on a bagel and... Voila! Butter Bagel!

Anyways, after I finished my bagel I hugged my brother and my dad and ran to my car. I started the car and rain started pouring. I drove anyways down the hill toward the bridge to get to the other side.

It was a pretty long bridge but I could still drive across it in less than 5 minutes. On the way there were a few bumps and for some reason my tires couldn't handle anymore strain and so one popped, or broke. Whatever you say.

I managed to drive to the side of the road. Dangit I'm gonna be late for school. I looked at my phone, No Service. I rolled my eyes and layed down in my car seats.

I fell asleep to the steady tempo of rain on the roof. That is, until it started to rain harder and thunder started to boom around me.

I was really scared. I looked around but I knew I wouldn't get far in this weather. Plus the thunder would be louder.

I just climbed into the foot area and switched into the fetal position. I stayed there in the rain with my eyes closed until I heard a car pull up. I wasn't sure because of the rain so I just stayed down.

Whoever it was started knocking on the window. I crouched down more so they wouldn't see me. They started yelling my something through the window.

"Sufjsbsbk" they said but it was muffled by the rain. They kept saying it louder and more clearly.

"Summer!" I looked up at the face in the window.

Thunder boomed and I crouched down and quivered. He must've saw that so he stopped knocking. I unlocked the door and Criss opened it. He was in a big raincoat and water was spilling off of him.

I held up my hand weakly and he helped me out of the car. I tried to stand up but my leg was asleep from sitting in an area made for feet so I stumbled.

He stepped to my side and then picked me up bridal-style. Je carried me to his car and he sat me down in the passenger seat. Since we were already late for school we decided to skip and he took me home after calling a mechanic and letting him take the car.

Criss helped me to the door and he took me to my room.

"Can you get out for one second so I can change?"

He looked flustered and then he nodded straightened his face and stepped into the hallway. I changed into my purple fluffy pajama pants and a long-sleeved thermal. I called for him to come in and he started to wave good bye until I told him to stop.

"Can you stay with me?" He smiled and then nodded.

"Sure" I smiled as he climbed into my bed. I faced toward the wall as he wrapped his arms around me.

After a while of looking at the wall, my eyelids grew heavy and I fell into a deep sleep.
