The ride to Daphne's workplace was almost completely silent. Naya was the person to break the silence, by reminding them (mostly Aurora) to not say or do anything that would infuriate Daphne more, as they get closer to the building. Because the last thing Naya would want was for an accident to occur.

As Naya parks she sees, Daphne pacing back and forth in front of the office building. Daphne spots Naya's car and without a second thought, speed walks towards it. Getting into the back seat of the car, she immediately notices the already tense atmosphere. But she decides not to say anything regarding it.

"Hey" Stella says to Daphne. Who which replies with a nod. It was clear that she was not up for the idea of conversation.

Aurora signs, wanting nothing more but to be alone in her room right now. She leaned back against her seat, closing her eyes, hoping to sleep the time away.

"So...what happened?" Naya asked.

"I'll tell y'all when we get home because I'm still trying to understand to situation myself." Says Daphne.

And with that, car was silent for the remainder of the ride home.

Aurora opens her eyes when she feels the car stop, indicating that they have arrived home. She unbuckled her seatbelt and exited the car. Still feeling the post-nap effects, she walked sluggishly toward the front door, which Stella had just unlocked.

She headed inside and wandered towards the kitchen. She grabs a small bag of chips from the pantry and goes to sit on one of the bar stools in front of the counter. She stares into space as she starts to eat her snack.

But she soon snaps out of her trance as soon as she feels someone else's presence. She looks to her right, only to find Stella staring back at her. Aurora turns her head back, facing forward, and sighs. She knows what she has to do.

"Look..." Aurora starts.

"I apologize for snapping on you like that, it was really unnecessary." She finishes.

FLASHBACK

"I'm ok, let's go home." Her voice still not completely steady.

Aurora turns away from the older pair of women, wiping her tears, as she walks toward Naya's car. She hates being so vulnerable in front other people. And they knew that. Even though they're the ones who've seen her at her absolute worst.

"Aurora! Come on, don't do this." Stella yells as she runs after Aurora.

"Stella please leave me alone." Aurora pleads.

"No Aura, just let me help, you need someone right now." Stella tries to convince her.

Aurora feels her face heating up, her skin was any lighter, she would be as red as a tomato.

"NO! I don't need anyone so leave me the fuck alone!" Aurora shouts back at her.

"Why can't I just be by myself? Is that too much to ask for Stella? If it is figure out how to deal and if it isn't leave me the fuck alone, please and thank you." Aurora finishes with getting in the car and slamming the door.

Stella stood dumbfounded for a couple seconds before snapping out of it and getting in the car as the argument continued.
