This is your fault shank ! (Gally)

"This is your fault Gally !"

You shout at him annoyed by the situation you're trapped in. You Always had a crush on the strong builder, but you're too scared to tell him, you don't know how to get closer to him so you try to get his attention in many ways. So some hours ago you tried to pull a prank on Gally and of course it went wrong. As you had tried to scare him, he punched you, this man got a really good reflex. You didn't have time to dodge his fist and before you could think, it met your face. Hard.

"My fault ? You're the one who's always making trouble in the glade ! You're so often in the pit that it's like your second bedroom !"

Gally accusing words makes you even more irritated. After you get punched you've decided to fight back even if you knew it was an accident. But that also didn't go as planned. Gally is much taller and stronger than you, so it only took him one second to take you down.

"Wh- that's not true ! Sometimes I have some problems but I can't help it and I'm not responsible for it ! Plus I'm way too cute to be punished" You answer in a dramatic Tone.

"Yeah, sure shorty" Gally huff rolling his eyes at your klunk. "Then can you explain why we're stuck together in the pit for the night ?" Gally said, finally looking in your direction with a raised brow.

After the accident due to your prank Alby arrived. Seeing the two of you fighting, or more Gally keeping you down while you tried to get out of his hold, he punished both of you. When you tried to protest he shut you up with a glare. Alby didn't want to hear anything, he had a long stressful, tiring day and couldn't handle you right now.

"Don't call me shorty you shank ! It's because of you ! If you hadn't punched me then-"

"Oh my god, I already apologize, it was an accident !" He shouted, not letting you finish your sentence.

"Yeah, but look at my face ! I got a cut on my lips and my cheek is red from the hit ! You- whatever i'm tired of arguing with you, it's like talking to a wall. I'm going to sleep and hopefully we'll get out tomorrow morning" You answered, furious and annoyed.

You turn your back to him and lay down trying to get comfortable as much as you can in the small and cold pit.

Gally sighs and takes a deep breath to calm himself before talking again in a serious tone.

"Listen Y/n, I'm sorry but-"

"I don't care. I just want to sleep so shut your mouth"

Gally's jaw clenched, he doesn't like it when you get sassy with him, but considering the fact that you're both angry and tired he decided it was not the greatest moment to keep arguing with you. Plus he really felt guilty about that punch even if it wasn't on purpose, just the thought of hurting you makes his heart stings. Gally sighs again and lays down next to you, facing your back.

An hour passes and you just can't fall asleep, the arguments keep playing in your head again and again, maybe you were overreacting ? Gally would not hurt you on purpose you know that, and that prank was stupid he was working and could have been hurt badly. Anger is slowly replaced by guilt and as if it was not enough it shucking cold. Five minutes pass and now you're freezing, members trembling and teeth clacking.

"Hey shorty you okay ?"

Gally's voice makes you slightly jump, of course he had to be awake, and notice that you're cold.

"Yeah, I'm alright, you can go back to sleep." You huff trying to control your body.

"Y/n even if it's dark, I still can see that you're freezing. Come here it'll help you get warm" Gally propose a hint of worry in his voice

"No thanks, I'm good. Goodnight." You reply sternly

Gally rolls his eyes at your obvious lie.

"Y/n don't be such a slinthead and come here."

"I said, i'm alright, now hush and let me sleep"

Gally grunt having enough of your klunk. He puts an arm around your waist and pulls you close to him, you squeal at the sudden action. "What are you-"

"I'm not gonna stay here and watch you freeze to death, now hush and sleep"

You stay silent, not knowing what to answer, you can't deny that you're warmer now. But you can't help feeling flustered by the new proximity with Gally. Feeling his hand wrap around your waist, his broad chest rising against your back, his breath gently tickling your neck. You shift hoping to find a comfortable position when you feel Gally's strong arm pulling you even more close to him, he murmurs half asleep in your ear "Stop moving shorty". You stop, shivering, at the sound of his deep voice. A couple of minutes later you fall asleep, feeling safe in Gally's embrace.

The next morning you slowly wake up face to face with the Keeper of the builders looking at you, feeling instant warmth, heating up your cheeks.

Gally grinned at your reaction "Hey shorty, slept well ?" You mumble a quick yes before standing up, the builder doing the same. Gally watches you, while you wait patiently for someone to open the pit, to let you out, your cheeks still with a hint of red. He grins to himself and approaches you.

"Y/n listen i'm sorry about yesterday i-"

"Gally it's okay, i'm the one who needs to apologies, I shouldn't have tried to scare you that was stupid" you smile shyly at him.

He brought his hand to your cheeks and caressed it gently. You feel his calloused thumb brush against your lips and look at him in the eyes.

"Does it hurt ?" He asks a look of concern in his eyes as he looks at your face. You shake your head at his words, smiling softly at him.

"No, I'm okay, don't worry. But I wanted to thank you for keeping me warm last night." You kiss him briefly on his cheek.

You take a step back and look Gally's face turn red, you smirk deciding to tease him a bit. You bit your lips and put a hand on his chest. "But you know if you wanted to take me in your arms you could've just asked" you wink at him. You look at his face as he gets even more red, you bit down a chuckle and keeps going.

"Who knew the strong Keeper of the builders had a soft spot for me ?" You grin at him

"Yeah, what if I do ?" He looks at you straight in the eyes.

"Wh-what ?" Now it's your turn to blush, you didn't expect this. He got closer, you took a step back with every step he took towards you, till your Trap between him and the wall. He gently cups your cheeks in his big calloused hand as he looks at your eyes then at your lips and back at your eyes. He leans down towards you, his lips brushing against yours, still looking in your eyes for any sign of retreat. And when you don't protest, he crashes his lips against yours. At first the kiss was slow and tender but it became passionate and hungry, you slid your arms around his neck as he wrapped his muscular arms around your waist, pulling you as close as humanly possible. He passes his tongue on your lips asking for permission, you smile in the kiss not allowing him in, he groans and playfully pinches your side. The sudden action makes you gasp and Gally takes the chance to slide his tongue in your mouth deepening the kiss. After a moment you separate out of breath.

"You have no Idea for how long I wanted to do that" Gally said with a big smile

"Yeah me too" you answer, a soft smile plastered on your lips, passing your hands in his short hair.

"Now you're all mine shorty"

"I'm all yours my Keeper"

He kisses you again

"Hey Shanks, you wanna get out of here or you're gonna keep sucking each other's face ? " Newt asks with a laugh.

Gally groans and takes a step back as you chuckles with a light blush, he helps you up before climbing out of the pit. He takes your hand in his Big one.

"Breakfast ?" Gally asks.

"Shuck yeah I'm starving !" You replied.
