Sophie Chap 1

Sophie had awaken when the Purples and pinks and yellows of the morning sky streamed into her bedroom. Sophie had just manifested a new ability and was resting. Edaline came in and gave her a cup of tea. "Hi sweetie how do you feel" she asked sophie. "I'm fine mom. how long have i been asleep?" Sophie asked Edaline. "4 days?" before Sophie could respond a loud snore interrupted her. "oh. i better go honey. You might want to wake him up."
"who"
"keefe"
Edaline shut the door behind her. "Keefe!" Sophie yelled after Edaline left.
Keefe woke with a start and shot up. "wheramiwhahappen?" he asked, his words slurred by sleep. "in my bedroom"
"sophie?" he said
"yes" she told him. "how long have you been here?" To answered for Keefe "All of those 4 days. you may not want to get to close, cuz that boy is stanky"
"Hey!" Keefe exclaimed.
"You know it's true hunkyhair." Ro retorted.
Sophie rolled her eyes. "guys cmon! Stop!" Ro sighed.  "Can you at least tell me what day it is?" Sophie asked. Keefe checked the calendar. "uh the 21st." he said. "of what" sophie asked.
"December."
"Yay! it's so close to christmas!"
"what's christmas" keefe asked her
"the best holiday in the world!" She answered.

Sophie had gotten dressed in a red and green sweater. While Edaline and Grady were out working with animals, she took it among herself to decorate for Christmas. She decorated the fireplace, and put up a tree, she also decorated everything in sight. Keefe had left after she explained everything to him. Keefe Had flipped when she told him about elf on the shelf, and kept asking sophie if he was the keefe on the reef. Keefe begged to let him sit on the reef and take a picture and make that the elf on the shelf.

She politely declined and ushered him out of her house. She made him call everyone else on the imparter and explain. That's when Grady and Edaline came in.

"Oh my- Sophie what is all of this?" Asked Edaline.

"So mom, I decorated for Christmas! It's a holiday where ..."(pretend she explained)
"That sounds great kiddo. Me and your mom will pick up some presents in atlantis tomorrow, we can have a christmas party on the 23rd like you asked" Grady told her. Somehow when she was explaining christmas she worked in that she wanted to have a christmas party at everglen some night. He had called Alden and Della to make sure it was ok. And they had already made decorations  all around everglen. Alden also called sophie and told her to bring keefe, because he put up some mistletoe. then he winked. Sophie wasn't sure what the meant but whatever. and that was it.  It was settled the Christmas party was on at everglen.
