Sophie Chap 4

Sophie's stomach churned. it was 4 minutes until the party at everglen, and sophie was flipping out. "Chill foster" Keefe said, coming around the corner of the large corridor. "I can't- it's just what if...are those.... sparkles in your hair?" Sophie asked
Keefe did a little shimmy. "Like what you see foster?" Sophie blushed.
"Whatever helps you sleep at night." Sophie laughed when he looked wounded. "aw cmon hunkyhair, you know your a lady's man" Keefe mumbled something sophie couldn't understand but she could of sworn he said the word 'your'.

1 minute until party

"Biana!" Sophie yelled. Someone knocked on the door.  "Will you get that?" Biana went and got the door. In came Dex, Lex, Rex, and Bex.  "Dex!" Biana yelled. "I missed you! SOPHIE GET DOWN HERE! DEX IS HERE!" Sophie came barreling down the stairs. She tackle hugged him. "dex!" Dex grinned, and his dimples we being prominently shown.  "Hi!" they shut the door after the family came in.

Another knock. Sophie opened the door this time. A couple of siblings from foxfire were there. "Nico! Koda! Jayna! Lucy! Emma! Addie!" Sophie hugged each of them. Though Addie seemed different. Their parents loved human movies, so what better to do then name your kids after the ortega bunch. All of them were adopted. Nobody knew where addie came from. She had shorter curly brown hair. All the rest had blonde hair and blue eyes. (Except koda) Then kodas boyfriend came in. Sage! Sophie hugged him and ushered them all in.

The ortega parents were over in the corner telling Della and Alden how Addie just showed up at the door. Though Koda and Addie were the same age, Koda was at least 8 inches taller than addie. Addie was wearing a red dress down to her ankles, sneakers, and her brown hair in messy curls. She turned her back to them and she did something to her eye.

Sophie shrugged it off.

"Hey Addie." Sophie said. Addie turned back around.  "hi sophie." She said. Addie tugged at an eyelash.

"you're- pulling out your eyelash?" Sophie asked. Addie blushed. "It's a nervous habit." She blinked her ice blue eyes. sophie smiled. "i have the same one." Addie smiled too. "Cool. I'm going to go get food." Addie walked away, tripping as she walked. Sophie furried her eyebrows. Something was off about her. (no she's not amy) She was so busy thinking she didn't even realize it got dark outside, and everyone had left the room. hundreds of people had come in whilst she was thinking.

"I've been looking all over for you." Keefe said. Reaching up. It looked like he was about to rub in between her eyebrows, but he stopped his hand right before. Keefe grabbed her gloved hand, and walked her down the hall. "What are you so nervous about?" Keefe asked Sophie. "It's just- There's this girl. Addie. She seems- different."

"how so?" Keefe asked.

"She keeps reaching up to tug her eyelashes and messing with her eyes. She also tripped on air on her way out."

"aw foster! Looks like you found yourself a mini you! Now that's a hard feat, why? Because you are weird but amazing. i'm not sure a lot of people have that ability foster." Keefe told her. Sophie looked up. "Ability. Ability. Ability!"  She said.

"Ability?" Sophie started sprinting down the hall. "Hey wait!" Keefe said. Sophie sprinted all the way to the dining hall where she found addie talking to lucy. Addie looked over at the two of them, doubled over, and breathing hard. "did you guys run all the way over here?" Addie asked. "yes...for... reasons...unknown" Keefe said, looking over at sophie. Sophie ignored him. "What's your ability?" she asked Addie. Addie smirked.

"Which one out of 4 do you want to hear?"
