I sat there stunned while Ashwin came inside ....

Ashwin : What do u want to drink baby ?

   He asked and looked at my face and came to me !!

Ashwin : What happened ? Why do u look like this ??

   He asked as he carassed my hair...

Me : .....ammm...aa...died aah Ashwineey !

     I said still in utter shock and Ashwin looked at me shocked !! He took his mobile and called someone and spoke !! I was still sitting there unable to move even , I couldn't even understand what happened !!

Ashwin : Baby , come...we have to go !

Me : N.....o...I won't come !! I... it's....not true !!

Ashwin : Kirti maa....

Me : I.... won't come .... nothing would have happened....to amma !!

     I said trying to control the tears leaving my eyes !!

Ashwin : I understand maa...but poor Aditi is there all alone , I totally understand u are not stable , but that little girl need someone beside her right !! And it should be you....

   He said and I cried more hugging him , he carassed my hair patting my back !!

Me : U se....e..eve...n last night....I talked... with am... ma !! She....was..ve..ry... happy....and eager to see him ! Our baby !! But....now...

    I said crying even more hitting my forehead while Ashwin wiped his tears and wiped mine !!

Ashwin : Come let's go !!

    He changed me into my kurti from my pyjamas and we both started there !! The whole ride I was holding his hands tight , I am trying my best to not breakdown , If I see her body lying there dead I can't control myself !! Soon we reached there to see most of our family already there and I went in to see amma's dead body placed in the middle of the room while Aditi and Raghu sat in the corner unable to even look at anyone !! I went and cried so bad , Ashwin was trying to help me stand , she was placed in a ice box !! As soon as Aditi saw me she rushed and hugged me crying , we both cried hard !! I looked at Raghu sad , whatever bad he did , he loved my amma as much as Ashwin loves me !! A separation from love that too a death is miserable !! Soon priya and pavi came along with Anna's !! They both tried to calm us , but we couldn't !! My amma left me just like that !!! Our whole family relatives came and gave their regards to us , Ashwin was the one taking care of every ritual !! He is the only son or even son-in-law of our family !! So he should do all the rituals for her in the place of son !! And he did it , Raghu couldn't even say anything !! He was crying and sitting in a corner !! Few relatives calmed him down !! When my amma was taken to burial we cried so hard , I can't see my amma's face after this right , I cried and they took her while i fainted !! Later pavi and priya was beside me when i opened my eyes !!

Me : What happened...

Priya : Everyone returned from burial ground few minutes before , Aditi is so weak , we asked her to sleep , she is with your cousins , they will take care of her , u fainted making us so worried !!

Me : Ashwin.....

Pavi : He did all the rituals right , so he is asked to take a bath and he is !! Don't worry boys are with him !! U too have to take a bath , come !!

    I nodded and they helped me with it !! I was devastated but aditi need my support more than anyone , and whenever I tried to talk with her , she won't , I understand she needs sometime to cope up !! Even Raghu is not well !! Aditi was taken to Raghu's sister house !! They always love her so she is safe with them !! And we went to home !!
