The next day, Sana arrived at their meeting spot a little earlier than expected. She couldn't wait to spend Christmas Eve with Tzuyu.

She had brought plenty of food and drinks for her and Tzuyu to enjoy. She waited until the afternoon, but
Tzuyu never showed up.

"Such a waste," Sana thought as she examined the foods she had brought.

"Sana?"

Sana turned to face the owner of the voice that had called her name.

She expected to see Tzuyu, but to her dismay, it wasn't the person she expected to see.

"Hey, Jeongyeon," Sana forced a smile.

Jeongyeon smiled and sat next to Sana, where she noticed food and beverages on the bench, "Why did you buy so much food? Are you with someone?"

"She didn't show up," Sana shook her head.

Sana was disappointed that Tzuyu did not come to meet her, she had expected to spend a lot of time with Tzuyu, but that did not happen.

"By the way, where is Nayeon? Why are you alone?" Sana abruptly changed the subject, and Jeongyeon noticed that Sana does not want to discuss it.

"We fought, so I left her for a while," Jeongyeon sighed.

Sana nodded her head and didn't say anything because she didn't know what to say to Jeongyeon, and she wasn't really that close to her friend's girlfriend..

Jeongyeon broke the silence between them after a few minutes.

"Have you figured out who was always bringing you gifts and letters 2 years ago?" Jeongyeon blurted out of nowhere.

Sana had not expected Jeongyeon to initiate such a conversation with her.

"I-I haven't," Sana says flatly.

Sana hadn't met that person yet, and she was wondering where her secret admirer was right now. Last year was the last time she received gifts from the mystery person, and there will be nothing after that. She never even got the chance to meet her.

Sana reasoned that the mystery person had most likely gave up her feelings for her, which was why she no longer gave her gifts.

During the winter of last year, she received a letter and a bouquet of red roses.

They were almost meet that time. Almost.
