"Hellooo?" Yejun snapped out of her thoughts, as Jake literally yelled into her ear.
"What is it?", Yejun replied slowly. Jake raised an eyebrow because he just realised that his best friend didn't keep a single thing, he just said, in her mind. Or was she even listening? Jake doubted that. "We think, you really should join us at the ice rink. It's gonna be way better than just hanging around alone and thinking about Nira and her girlfriend." 

"Well Jake, what would you do, if you're getting accused for murdering someone and then you actually realise, that it is indeed your fault. I don't think you could get that out of your head that easily!" 
"No, no one thinks that", Sunghoon responds. "But that's why we're trying to distract you. 
C'mon Junnie. Just the three of us. No one else, having fun on ice."
"And with that you mean, YOU having fun, while we are trying desperately not to fall down and shooting looks of jealously at you, doing one turn after the other?"

Sunghoon frowned but grinned right after. "Maybe."
Yejun smiled at her brother. She prefers him in that kind of mood, not in that Monday mood, like yesterday. 
"Doesn't it sound like fun?", Jake asked Yejun. 
"No, no it doesn't." 
"Okay, but we're going anyways and you, young lady, will join us." 
Yejun rolled her eyes. "Fine."

"I'm freezing", Jake complained as they entered the rink. 
"Oh why is that, huh?", Sunghoon laughed. "You should wear a jacket then."
"Wait, who are you telling me this? I wasn't the guy who caught a cold for not wearing a jacket at the ice rink." 
"Let's forget about that please, mate..." 
"Can you both just wear a jacket please? I don't want any of you to be sick!", Yejun interrupted the boys and they both just nodded, as they were a bit scared of her in that moment. 

"Okay Elsa, show us what you can!", Jake announced to Sunghoon, who was already skating.
"Yah! I'm the ice prince, not Elsa!"
"Let's see. I'll dye your hair blond and it's gonna be a match", Yejun laughed. 
"Nah, I'll only dye my hair blond if Jake will do it too!"
"Deal", Jake quickly responded.
"Oh fuck it."
"Now give us a show!"

Sunghoon held both of his thumbs up and started to skate around, did one turn and a spin right after the other. Then he bent down and spinned around so fast that Jake and Yejun couldn't count how many it had been. 
Then Sunghoon slided back to the both of them and before he came to an halt, the boy made some crushed ice that flew right into the other's faces.
"YAH!"
"Whoops, sorry. Now come on, I'll help you!" 
He grabbed both Yejun's and Jake's right hand and dragged them on ice. Yejun knew a little bit how to skate....but Jake was a complete failure. Once he stepped on it, he fell down and dragged Sunghoon and Yejun with him. 
"In all these years, I barely fell", Sunghoon groaned. "And know you make Sim Jaeyun. How dare you..."

"Payback for the crushed ice, I'm telling you mate."
"C'mon Jake. Grab my hand. I'll help you up." Yejun smiled as Jake gladly agreed on taking the offer and nw he was standing again, focused on not falling again.
"See, that's it. You're standing and not a hopeless thing lying down, barely moving."
"I wouldn't say he's not hopeless. I mean, how can you tell after just a minute on ice?" Sunghoon looked curious at the both of them and smiled a bit as he saw how the two of them were holding hands to support each other. 
"Cute."
"What?"
"Nothing..."

"Go Sunghoon and practice for the competion, you'll face in a few weeks. I'll handle him."
"What competion? And you know, I feel like the child that causes problem, if you say 'I'll handle him' that way..." Jake didn't look amused, but the twins still laughed at this.

"They'll be an tournament for the athlets of the school. And guess who will participate for ice skating, huh?", Sunghoon responded.
"Why would the school make a skating competion?! It's not like a thousand of students are doing it, right??" 
"But I do, the ice rink is...well not that far from school. Well if they decide picking another rink,I might be lost and screwed, but still...it's at least a day off and if I'm the only one participating, then it's nothing more than an easy win for me..."  
"If you say so...."
