"SOMEONE TOUCHED OUR MAKNAE?! I SWEAR TO GOD, I'LL GET THAT DUDE!" Yes, that was Jay screaming, after Jungwon called them over to their house. Well, let's just say, they didn't expect it to see Niki lying down on the couch with having bruises all over his body and half a broken nose. It looked indeed painful. Now they wished, Niki would've just get some detention, because looking at him, it made the friend group fell guilty for not protecting the youngest one.

"Jay, you know it could've also been a girl. Hard for you to believe, I know that, but we're not like that. I taught you otherwise", Yejun complained.
"Yes, sorry. Won't happen again sis."
The other six were looking quite confused at them and their conversation. The fact that Yejun is actually somehow babying Jay, although he's older be a year, is new to everyone.

"But guys, I'm honestly not that bad. It looks worse than it is. Seriously. I mean I'm not dead. Think positive!"
"Yea Niki. We're totally glad, that being a brat saved you from dying at the age of fifteen. It could've been indeed worse." Heeseung patted him on the shoulder.
"And they actually tried to kill you?", Jay asked whereas he emphasised the they, to make it clear to Yejun, that he won't break his promise.
"Well it looked like it. They was just like 'yes punch me in the face, try to fight me. But I won't tell you about the weapon in my pocket.
And I was just like 'okay, that's a deal.'

So I punched them like Jungwon taught me to, so I could protect myself. And it actually worked. So I was confident about winning that fight.
And for the record, I didn't even want to fight. That person just came in, as I was about to do my homework. AND THAT IDIOT GRABBED ME, DRAGGED ME OUT OF THE SCHOOL AND ATTACKED ME. I MEAN WHY?!
But I should continue with story. So little Niki totally confident, didn't expect the person he fought to have a blade. It by the way had still blood on it. I'm sure I wasn't the only one the person tried to kill. And I think it's quite comprehensible that I wasn't able to fight back at the point, when they jumped me. I shit my pants, honestly.
And then they told me that they would send me off to sleep. I'm not that stupid. Of course I knew 'shit, I am going to die. What to do? I am already too old for a lullaby.' So I told the person, that there would be witnesses. I mean who's dumb enough to kill someone in front of the school?!
Well the person actually wasn't. So they just kicked me and that was it. I am a genius for surviving that, I know"

"You are not a genius, you were just fucking lucky", Jay denied, as Niki finished his story. "But I'm still glad that you're now sitting here, mate. And if someone touches you ever again, I'll murder them."
"No you won't. You can hurt them, but don't kill anyone. I WOULDN'T VISIT YOU IN JAIL OKAY?!", Heeseung said and Jay just nodded.
"But d'you now know, why that person did that? And do you have any idea, who it could've been?", Sunoo asked to move on.
"Well first of all, my attacker was hooded. No chance that I could've recognise them. And I don't even know i f it was a boy or a girl. It's hard to tell. And then I was told, that I simply rejected the wrong person and that's what it all caused. But that doesn't make any sense. I never actually rejected a person..."
"You did. Not on purpose and it was totally my fault, but you rejected me, mate. But I wasn't hurt or so. It was just a little incident that was not much of a business", Yejun told him but Niki just frowned.
"I don't think you can call that a rejection. I mean who the actual fuck would have thought, that you are crushing on me?"
"I did. And so did others", Sunghoon clarified as the rest of the friend group just agreed on him.

"Hyuung, stop it!"
Sunghoon surrendered.
"But you didn't reject another person right?" Jake was indeed curious.
"Nope. I'm fifteen. What d'you think about me, hyung?"
"I just wanted to clarify that."
