Chapter 2: "I take this magnectic force of a man to be my lover"

Camilo POV:
When i woke up i was on the edge of the bed about to fall off i quickly turned around and there was y/n sleeping peacefully, but stretched out like a spider. I scoffed and moved her arms and legs back towards her side of the bed though all of it was technically her bed. I watched her chest move up and down to her breathing pattern and the flyaway hairs that moved softly when she tossed and turned her head. I chuckled and was about to get up when her arm flung on top of me again and pushed me to the edge.

I gasped thinking i was about to fall when she grabbed my arm and pulled me into her. She's incredibly indecisive. "Wake up" i whispered. "in a little" she groaned and tucked her head into the pillow. "No now i'm bored and i can smell tia julietas cooking" i said taking in a big breath. She sniffed and slowly opened her eyes. "ok that's a good reason" she said. She then proceeded to kick me off the bed. "agghh" i yelled landing in a pile of flowers. "leave i need to get ready" she yelled from above. "ok i'll be back in 10 minutes i won't wait for you any longer" i yelled back. "yeah you will" she said looking at me from above. "yeah you right" i said while going into my room.

Y/n POV:
I put on a warm orange skirt and a crème colored top with a jacket on top. I left my hair down and walked out finding Camilo at my door. "let's go" i said and went out to get food.

"So how did Antonio like his first night in his new room?" i asked. "He said he slept good" Camilo shrugged and shoved more food in his face. When i blinked his food was gone. "Dude you have time slow down" i said. "What can i say i'm a growing boy i need more food than anyone in this house, except maybe Luisa. Anyway i'm gonna go get seconds want anything?" "Get me another arepa con queso and some fruit too" i said shoving him forward. "Geez ok ok i'm going"

I was walking outside Camilo no where in sight. Then i saw Dolores with a giant stack of food and mirabel talking to her. Must be Camilo then. "Camilo stop pretending your Dolores so you can have seconds" Félix said. "Worth a shot" He said transforming back into himself and getting hit by the house.

I sat down at the table Camilo next to me. Abuela started to talk about how we should never take our gifts for granted while me and Camilo fist bumped under the chairs Félix looked at Camilo and me "pay attention you two" he mouthed. We looked at each other and laughed. Then Abuela gave an announcement " i've spoken to the Guzmáns about Mariano's proposal to Isabela. Dolores, do we have a date?" "Tonight. He wants five babies" "Wonderful"

Camilo then continued to tease isabela while i made little flowers grow above them. She shoved flowers in his face and mine and she let out a small smirk. We laughed it off and continued to eat.

The rest of the day was spent hanging out in my room. "So think about it like this, it might seem like the perfect match but i don't think isabela really likes mariano" i told Camilo while moving around my furniture trying to redo my room. "Why do you say that?" he asks eating cut up papaya on my bed which i temporarily lowered. "I mean her face forms a small frown before smiling when abuela comes around at the mention of his name" "i do notice that" "also i think dolores has a crush on him" i added "now why do you think that" "i mean any other times we ask to go find stuff out for us she doesn't mind but when it's about mariano and isabela she gets annoyed you can tell if you pay close attention" i said moving Camilo to the side. "now that i think about it yeah she does, i think you're onto something here y/n"

Suddenly someone barges into my room. "WHAT". It was Dolores. "This is crazy i don't feel such a thing for mariano i think him and Isa are perfect for each other" she yelled sounding out of breath with each word. "that proved my point" i said sitting down on the garden.

"Plus arranged marriages never work" Camilo added. "Abuela think so anyway for Isa and y/n" dolores said immediately covering her mouth afterwards. "wait what" i said turning my head quickly. "nothing" she cleared her throat and looked around my room "i gotta go" she said heading for the door. Camilo quickly blocked the door. "No! What did you say Dolores?" he almost yelled. "Well, Abuela said that since y/n had such a powerful gift she wanted y/n to start think about having a family really early to make sure the power never died and she already has a plan for your to marry one of Mariano's younger cousins and she didn't want anyone to know about it because it would take attention away from Isas current proposal." Dolores spat out quicker than any confession she had ever given.
