Brandon’s pov:
When I got a phone call from Sarah that she wanted to see me. I can sense that it’s important. I never get a call from her unless it is about work but it's the weekend. I drove as fast as I could to the place she wanted us to meet.
I was greeted with four pairs of eyes, one is hazel the other one is grey. They jump straight to their purpose for meeting me, about Xavier and Lavender. I was perplexed hearing what actually happened to them.
When Xavier first met with Lavender, he talked about her for twenty-four hours every day. I got sick of it sometimes but my best guy just won her heart. So, I got to support him, give him some sort of advice when I am not in any relationship. It’s funny when I think about it again.
Things happened quickly, they were happy and without me realising it, it's been going strong for them. But, why do people have to always ruin beautiful things, though? Well, I am speaking for every relationship.
These two girls seem to can't forget what happened though it’s almost been months now. Their determination somehow proves that everything still can change for these two people. They aren't desperate to change what happened, though, they must have felt guilty this entire time.
Xavier won't listen, that's the kind of guy he is. His stone head I couldn't beat, we have been friends for so many years but that stone of his has not changed and he probably won't care if he was advised by a person like, never in a serious relationship like him.
But, I promised so I am on my way to meet with him.

“Hey, bro.” I slap his shoulder from behind. He looks thinner now, very different from the tough and masculine guy I know.
“You okay?” I ask him.
“I am fine. But, talk fast I am busy.'' Xavier with his job relationship never ends. He stuck himself in work every time he was upset or angry.
“Alright. Don't really wanna talk about this too but, have you asked Lavy, why she ends up at that place?'' I took a sip of my coffee averting his gaze. Even as his friend, I am afraid of him.
“If you came to me to ask about her, I don't know anything about…” he stopped, avoiding saying her name.
“I know you're mad, bro, but you know that two girls, Sarah and Lea?”
“Why?”
“You ask, don't get mad. They come to me, and give me this.” He fell silent for a moment, staring deeply into that picture.
Containing Daniella's figure with that guy, they seem to have known each other for her to touch that guy affectionately.
“What’s this?” He asks after minutes of silence. He doesn't like the sight in the picture yet he blindly trusts Danielle.
“It's obvious bro. Danielle was behind all of this,” I state, then continuing,
“Bro, she likes you this entire time. But, you didn't fall for her but for Lavender. Do you ever notice Danie changes after you date Lavender?” I stated again, only this time I spoke the truth.
“I hate to say this, but, Xavier. This is not Lavender's fault.” I never realised until now that jealousy can kill somebody's body and mind. What Danielle does is terrible, I feel sorry for her. She is beautiful but she doesn't have that attitude.
“I got to go, bro, you think about this. Or talk to Lavender to settle things.” I don't want them to fall madly in love again, but the truth has been revealed and they have suffered so much from this.
Now, I have to talk with Danielle. My plan was to confront Danielle only but Xavier deserved to know. Didn't mean to interrupt though. Heading to the location set for us to meet, it didn't take that long, so I arrived and parked my car.
And there she is wearing a red dress reaching her knees, she looks so much calmer after what she had done. I never liked her, really, despite her being close friends with Xavier and I get that witchy vibes radiating from her.
Noticing me walking to her, she straightened her sitting posture, leg crossing arm crossed, she is a woman with pride if that could describe her better however she doesn't have the great attitude of a woman. Not blaming all women.
“Hey,” I sat across from her, crossing my right leg on my left leg.
“Hii, so why did you want to meet me?” She asks.
“Well, you know we have never come to an agreement on our friendship,” she nodded her head, agreeing to what I just said, “but, must you do that?” I raised my eyebrows, she scoffed.
“Well, why can’t I?” that tone of her voice, totally show how arrogant she is, and dumb as well.
“There’s no rule against that but foolish,” that all I could say, her acts were indeed idiotic.
“So, you know? It’s been months and you just know?” She chuckles as if it is funny, maybe for her.
“Yup, last week from two guilty girls determined to find an answer because they feel it was their mistake yet you are sitting here with that pride of yours,” I paused, taking a short breath before proceeding to what I am to say.
“Your jealousy, Danielle, I couldn't beat them. Truly. But, what you did is terrible, what did you get? Xavier love? Nope, right? You didn't get that, so tell me what exactly you got? Don’t tell me, if I can't have him no one can?” I scoff at that thought.
She didn't speak for at least two minutes, “You got me, Brandon.” Her flat tone irritates my nerves.
“Indeed, I'm jealous of Lavender. I have always loved Xavier but when she came into his life, he forget me,”
“He thinks of you as a family,” I interrupted her.
“Yup, that makes me even angrier to her,” Didn't let her continue, “That’s where you make mistakes, you let those feelings control you, he didn't forget you, Danie. Maybe you shouldn't let that feeling, have you. He thinks of you as a sister, a family, but what did you do, you destroy him. You are beautiful, many guys out there would want you plus if he wants you he would have you. I am not in a position to lecture you but reflect on your action again. All I can say is, jealousy and anger are cruel for existing but, you shouldn't do that. He is just not for you, Danie.” tears build up in her dark brown eyes, clearly she regrets it but can she turn the time to where it used to be, no!
“I knew it’s a mistake. I didn't feel great after that, really but I am scared that Xavier would hate me.” She let the tears slip from her eyes.
“Maybe he would. But, you know him longer than I do.” Was my last word for her, clearly stating the truth, she knew Xavier more than I am. He won't be mad as long as you tell him. Xavier, stubborn with mood swings, is actually the nicest guy I know.
Maybe after the confrontation, Xavier and Lavender won't be back together; they may forget each other and live their life as if they never knew of one another. Xavier is my friend, so I know him for he won't be like he used to be. The day he confessed his feelings to Lavender, he had set his heart solely for her.
Moving on is hard, and I have been there before. And for Lavender, it was a short time knowing the bright girl but I hope she is well. I'm also not in a position to wish for them but these two lovesick lovers, I wish to see them again.
