Chapter 4 School Time

(Y/n POV🍓)
Today was heading back to school after the break, and Sals first day at a new school.

I woke up brushed my hair got dresses and walked downstairs to get my morning tea. "Good morning Straw-frog" my dad greets "Morning" I respond.

School wasn't my favorite thing to do but whatever. "Oh sh*t" I mumbled "what are you cussing for Y/n?" My dad asked "Sorry I just haven't done the packet we were supposed to do over break" I answered. He nodded and I grabbed my bag and headed out the door.

I got to the bus stop and there was Todd as usual "Morning Y/n" He greeted as I just waved. We both sat there and waited for the two boys "Where are they?" I asked "Probably late because of larry." Todd replied.

I never really talked to Todd "Umm Todd.... Did you do the packet that was assigned to us" I asked "yes I did why?" He asked glaring at me "Well.....I didn't do it and was wondering if I could copy off of yours?" I answered "No" He said facing the other way. "What why?" I whined.

He looked at me and answered "Because you need to be more responsible over your own time." I glared at him and saw Larry and sal walking in our direction. "Good morning you two what took you so long, I had to sit here with 'You can't copy my homework' for like 10 minutes" I asked walking over to the two. "Sorry Y/n Larry wouldn't get out of bed" Sally face responded.

We all waited for the bus to come and it eventually did. We got on I sat next it Todd and sal sat next to larry "No larry will you deal with me I don't want to be by numbers" I asked moving Larry out if the way anyway. Sal chuckled as I smiled in victory, and sat down.

I looked over to sal and he was scrolling through his phone "Sally facee are you good with numbers?" I asked "Yeah why?" He asked back "Because she needs help with her homework that she DIDN'T do" Todd answered for me.

Sal looked at me and said he would help me "Thanks Sally Face" I responded. He helped me until we got to school and promised he would help me when we got in the cafeteria.

We walked up to the school and noticed Ash standing there "Oh hey guys!" Ash yelled as we walked over "girl I'm going crazy hanging out with guys" I exclaimed as Todd glared at me again.

We walked to the cafeteria "Sallly can you help me again" I asked grabbing his arm and sinking in to the side of him "Huh? O-oh yeah sure" He responded.

He helped me finish my homework and I gave him a hug "Thanks Sal, mrs.Packerton can't give me detention now" I mumbled the last of the sentence to myself. "Anytime" he responded.

I looked at Sal and noticed he doesn't have a schedule yet "Hey Sally Face let's go get you a schedule I thing you need it" I stated interlocking our arms as I walked him down to the office "Here you go Mr. Fisher" The lady at the front desk said handing over Sal's schedule.

We walked out of the room and I snatched it out of his hands "Hey!" He hollered as I held on to the paper. "Hey we have some classes together nice!" I commented as I handed back his paper.

Sal had first hour with me, so we walked to first hour "Eww, Y/n touching the masked new kid." Travis snarled "Oh sorry Travis I must have missed where I asked for your damn opinion" I responded and pulled Sal with me.

Travis had first period with us and it was a nightmare, we got notes thrown as us like "Ur a bitch Y/n" or "How are you talking to this faggot??" but they were all pretty easy to ignore.

(Sal's POV🎸)
'Why does this dude keep throwing paper as us?!' I glanced at Y/n but she was unaffected by this dude. After class Y/n grabbed my hand and we walked to second hour.

Y/n is a nice person, I don't know how lucky I am to get a kind person to be my friend. "Oh my lord Y/n why are you hanging with this stupid loser, you could hang out with me instead" A boy who I found out name is Travis commented "Umm no thanks and that loser has a name you know he's Sal jerk." She replied in a harsh tone.

Travis scoffed "Really pigtails over me, something is wrong with you" Travis replied "Damn Travis just leave the girl alone she doesn't want to talk to you lust go!" I stated looking at Travis through the holes of my prosthetic. "Whatever" he mumbled before walking off. "That is not the last of him Sally Face" Y/n commented. She was slightly behind me but at least she's safe.

(TIME SKIP CAUSE IM LAZY)

Lunch time came around and Y/n walked with me to the cafeteria "Soo, how has your day been so far Sally Face." Y/n asked leaning or the table closer to me "It's been okay, beside Travis" I replied "Well that's good to hear Sal" Y/n replied.

Time flew by and the last hour came I had it with Y/n, Larry and Ash. Our art teacher wasn't there though, I'm not sure why.

Y/n and larry were still painting even without a teacher I poked Y/no's shoulder "Hey where is the teacher?" I asked "Oh he quit and the next one is coming in a week. Until then we don't have a teacher" She mumbled back.
