Hi and sorry again for a very late update, school has been let us say, intense, but here is a new chapter that I hope you all will like. The actor in the gif is Douglas Smith who I have chosen as the fan cast for Lucas McFarlane.

A couple of weeks had flown by without any rather special events, they had already reached the beginning of April. Asteria had spent the time studying and hanging out with her friends, one of them being Jessica and her Ravenclaw friends. They all had been very kind to her, making sure that she's welcome at any time.

The blonde-headed girl was sleeping soundlessly in her bed, her body tangled together with one of the many blankets in the dormitory. It was a Friday morning and their first class didn't start until 9.15 Although it was only 7 in the morning so everyone was still sleeping. Asteria let out a sound of annoyance after she heard a light knocking on the small window next to her. She stood up and walked over to the window, seeing a small brown owl with a rolled-up letter in its beak. Her hand opened the window slightly to grab the letter and pet it quickly.

After the owl had flown away she sat once again back on her bed and untied the letter from the brown string that was around the paper roll. As she rolled up the letter she noticed unfamiliar but neat handwriting, causing her curiosity to grow.

Dear Asteria,

I know you might wonder who sends a letter this early in the morning but don't worry it's nothing bad, not to me at least. I hope you won't be too mad at me and my owl Kirk for waking you up early in the morning. Anyways, I was just wondering if you'd like to meet me tonight at the Astronomy tower around 9. I'll be there no matter what you choose so it's just for you to come and say hi. I hope you have a good day and I'll hopefully see you later.

From Lucas.

To be honest, Asteria wasn't even that surprised that it was from him when she read the letter it felt like something he could've said, his familiar and warm voice saying it in her head. She didn't even have to think about her answer, at 9 pm she would be there.

The two of them had grown even closer after their talk during breakfast. She hadn't forgotten about Susan or her other friends, not one bit, in fact, she spent more time with them than alone, but not one of them could deny her and Lucas' matching energy. Asteria could just take a quick walk with him and then come back with the biggest smile. She could proudly call him one of her closest friends.

And there she was, sitting on her violet linen sheets with the letter in her hand and a broad smile on her lips.

She gently hid the letter under her pillow and figured that it wasn't a good idea for her to go back to bed. After taking care of her hygiene she put on a pair of blue straight jeans and an old brown zip-up hoodie that Tonks had given to her.
