America was sitting on the couch, one leg crossed over the other. He had a book in hand, he was reading silently. Then he heard a voice "America?" The American looked up

"Yes-? Oh hello Dixie!" America was trying to sound joyful. Dixie looked at the book

"What ya reading?" America glanced at the book title again

"Oh- uh- it's called 'Catching Fire' by Suzanne Collins" (go read this series it's freaking amazing) Dixie nodded

"Ah, I see. So how are you?" America shrugged and made an 'eh' noise Dixie nodded again, feeling awkward. America went back to his book and Dixie left. America glanced up from his book after Dixie left

"Oh thank god." He muttered. America started to murmur the words of the book he was reading to himself. He was so fixaded on his book that he didn't notice that someone entered the house.

The person walked closer to America, being almost right behind him. America jumped with a gasp as something grabbed his shoulders, he whipped his head around and let out a sigh of relief

"Russia! You ass-" he yelled. Russia smiled "Got you..!" America closed his book and smiled at Russia, who smiled lightly. America turned his top half and grabbed Russia's face, kissing him.

Russia blinked at America, his face getting slightly red. America laughed slightly "Pfft-" Russia wrapped his arms around America's shoulders "Love you!"

America smiled "Love you too dummy" Russia hugged America and happily smiled. America lightly squirmed

"Ok enough touchy feely stuff-" Russia let go and jokingly turned his head way, crossing his arms. He was 'offended'. America started giggling "Pfft-!" Russia chuckled lightly.

"You have made mad" he said. America began laughing. "Oh nooo- have I made the big scary man angry?" Russia was trying not to smile.
