Name: Nebula
Alias: the one that shows the future, the hag queen of the moonlit coven (it's what skull knight refers her as), the moon goddess (it's what the cult called her), the angel of the moon and the future.
Appearance: (I don't have a picture of her) Nebula appears as a pale white skinned haggard looking crone that wears a black hooded robe that is covered in screaming faces, she only has one eye that is removable since the other eye socket is empty (think of her like a nightmarish version of the fates from Disney hercules). Her nose is long and curved downwards while her chin is pointed and curved upwards, when viewed from either sides her face resembles a crescent moon (Which illustrates her connection to the moon). She only has few teeth that are splintered and sharp, while her hair is a black rope like tentacles.
Background: like Arcturus, Nebulas past is shrouded in mystery, but there are old scriptures that the holy see kept in some monasteries and other places. The scripture tells a tale of an old fortune teller (age 71) that once lived in a time where Void first appeared (he's likely the imprisoned sage in the fairy tale) and where the holy see first started, the fortune teller lived in the outskirts of a city in the Tudor empire when it was a small kingdom. Many people came to her for them to hear about their future, and most members of the royal family regard her as a miracle while others saw her as a witch. She is quite knowledgeable in some fields of divination such as peering into the bowl full of water, reading cracks on the bones, old tarot cards, etc. One day, she acquires a crimson behelit from the bowl of water she uses for divination and sees it as a gift from God, however, she did not predict the events that will befall on her.
The next week, few guards came and captured her and escorted her into the city. In the city square, she was in chains as the two members of the royal family denounced her as a witch who had an alliance with dark forces (it's a lie, they only did that because the old fortune teller refused to read their fortune). Everyone was confused as to whether or not this is true or not, regardless, one soldier came to mutilate her before executing her per orders from the couple members of the royal family.
First, the soldier tore her eyes out to prevent her from predicting the future (he crushed one eye ball, but she quickly took the remaining one into her pocket).
Second, the soldier kicked her around as she was screaming in pain, and he smashed her teeth with a hammer (hence the fragmented teeth of Nebula).
Just as the soldier was about to execute the fortune teller, the crimson behelit collected enough of her despair to the point that it activates. Then two angels appeared (Arcturus and Void), one angel offers the old fortune teller to restore her sight as well as to get back at the two members of the royal family. With nothing else to lose, she accepts the offer even though she doesn't know that the offer costs the entire city to be sacrificed. She began to hurl out curses in anger (may this empire be full of decadence, may the royal family never know kindness nor peace, and so on) as she was starting to transform, then the city itself was decimated in one night by the two angels. When the holy see learns of the catastrophe, they compared it to that of how the capital city of gaiseric was destroyed by four or five angels (Void and the previous members of the god hand).
The holy see canonized Nebula as the angel of the moon and the future, due to the fact of the belief that the moon can heal injuries with its light as well as serving as an oracle. At the same time, a cult full of witches formed and saw Nebula as the moon goddess that gives them knowledge, as well as to heal injuries by using moonlight.
Personality: as the female member of the God hand, she is condescending but is rather highly intelligent. Like the others, she looks down on humans for being nothing but puppets of causality. Compared to Slan, Nebula is elegant in personality yet unsettling. She speaks to any would be apostles like a sweet grandmother, even though it was mostly an act. If she was at the ceremony where Griffith is reborn as the fifth god, she can show him his future of him sitting on a throne (representing him as king) while scolding him for leading his followers to die just so he can fulfil his destiny. She can be scary if she lost her temper when someone who changes the future, instead of the set coarse of what she had predicted.
Powers:
Corporealization: like all members of the god hand, she can manifest a physical form to interact in the physical realm. Curiously, she only uses moonlight to create a physical form.
Causality awareness: she can foresee anything from the flow of causality that borders on omniscience, however, she isn't omniscient as she doesn't literally know everything.
Future sight: she can use her removable eye as a tool to show any would be apostles a projection of their future should they accept the offer.
Light manipulation: she can use the light from the moon for offense, defense, and to heal in case if she is harmed.
Voice: if she's in the anime, I can imagine her having a raspy voice with a distorted reverb (sounding like either moondrop from fnaf security breach or daka of the night sisters from star wars the clone wars).
Trivia: her name, Nebula, is the name of a celestial event after the death of a star (goes along with the god hand members that are named after sci fi books). She only exists in an alternate timeline where slan didn't exist.
