Think of her like a solid red yet featureless merrow (another word for mermaid in the berserk world) with a gaping hole for a mouth. She looks kind of like the Venus figurines from prehistoric times.
Backstory: Vega' past is a complete mystery that many researchers, under the employ of the holy see, have a lot of theories. One thing about her is that she can control water as well as tidal waves, and some believed that she existed since the ice age. Since she is a member of the first iteration of the god hand, she rarely leave the abyss unless if necessary due to the fact that all of the first iteration members are kept as vanguard/ bodyguards to the idea of evil.
Personality: Vega rarely emotes whenever she and the rest of the prehistoric god hand members have been summoned, but she started to have romantic feelings for Serpico similar to Slan with guts. However, it is known that she is a temptress willing to undermine the would be apostles with temptation until they give in to becoming apostles. She has a lot in common with Slan except the fact that she's not interested in being lustful and prefers to using temptation and flattery as tactics, but deep down, she is twisted and views such acts of flooding cities and treachery as wonderful.
Powers:
Corporealization- she can manifest in the physical realm by creating a vessel made of water and/or ice.
Causal awareness- she, along with the rest of the god hand, can predict anything from the flow of causality and manipulate it to make sure the event comes true no matter what. However, she's not completely omniscient because she doesn't literally know everything nor she can not predict certain events that defy fate.
Water Powers- she can manipulate water and ice and shape it into whatever suitable in events, especially creating a barrier from water or ice. She can even cause floods or even tidal waves to destroy cities for amusement.
Hypnotic song- her songs are very alluring that it can hypnotize any men into doing her bidding, especially when it comes to stealing their life force just by singing.
Voice: if she's in the anime, I can imagine her voice sounding rather monotonous and chillingly soothing. If she's around Serpico, then her voice shifts to a seductive tone while using flattery and temptation to try and seduce him.
Trivia: Vega' designs is based on Judy from twin peaks as well as the Venus figurines, and she is named after a star.
