Mirabel was waiting in the kitchen for Lucas.

"He's probably still sleeping, Camilo go wake him up." Mirabel said.
"Why me?" Camilo said defending.
"Why not you?" Mirabel said back.
"Becauseee.." Camilo said trying to say something.

"Exactly." Mirabel said with a grin and arms together.

Camilo got up with a defeated look.

"You're just lazy!" Camilo yelled as he was on the stairs.
"Love you too!" Mirabel yelled back.

Camilo went upstairs and walked towards Lucas room.
Well here goes nothing.

Camilo knocked on the door.

"Lucas? Uhm, Mirabel wants you to wake up, to help her." Camilo said from outside the room.
No response.
"Lucaaaas." Camilo said.
"Lucaaaas~" Camilo said now in a teasing way.
No response again.

Camilo was doubting, should he go in? No no, that's invading privacy.
But Mirabel would get mad at him and then wake Lucas up by yelling.

Camilo knocked again.

Fuck it.

Camilo opened the door and saw Lucas sleeping.
Lucas rolled over and moved around a lot.

"Lucas, time to wake up." Camilo said again.

No response again.

Camilo was getting kinda impatient so he did the old trick that made everyone wake up.
And that without yelling or shaking him.

Camilo got closer to Lucas face.

Camilo blew in Lucas face. (I know what y'all hoped for)

Lucas eyes shot open and got straight up, almost hitting Camilos head.

Camilo took a look at Lucas.

"You're sweating." Camilo said.
Lucas touched his face and he indeed, was sweating.
"Bad dream?" Camilo asked with a raised eyebrow.
Lucas nodded.
Camilo got through his pockets, trying to find something.

Lucas was watching in confusion.

"Here!" Camilo said as he handed Lucas something.
Lucas looked at it and it was a purple stone.
"It's a crystal, it's good to prevent nightmares." Camilo explained.
"What's it name?" Lucas asked.
"It's Amethyst." Camilo said.

"Thank you." Lucas said with a sweet smile.
Camilo smiled back with again, a tint of pink.
And soon as u knew Lucas pulled Camilo in for a hug.

Until Mirabel came storming in.

"WHATS TAKING YOU SO LONG CAMILO?" Mirabel yelled.
Camilo turned his head, "WHY ARE YOU SO IMPATIENT?" Camilo now yelled back.
"NO YOURE JUST SLOW!" Mirabel yelled.

"Okay let's please stop the fighting, it was my fault, I didn't wake up, boom, end of discussion." Lucas said as he got up.

Camilo and Mirabel looked at each other angrily while following Lucas.

"So what are we going to make?" Lucas asked.
"I thought about chicken rice curry?" Mirabel asked.
"Sure, sounds delicious." Lucas said.

"Camilo you can cook the rice, Lucas can make the curry and I will bake the chicken." Mirabel said.
"Yes chef." Camilo said with a grin.

"Where's Antonio?" Lucas asked.
"He's hanging out with a friend of his, I gotta pick him up later tho." Camilo said.

"So only food for three?" Lucas asked.
"Only food for three." Camilo said with a smile.

Lucas smiled back and quickly got a pan he could make the curry in.

30 minutes later it was all done, I mean they had pretty good teamwork so it was done very fast.

They all got the pans and the drinks and took a seat at the table.

"They're really taking long at that party." Lucas said.
"Yeah it's this party from rich people so it takes a whole day." Mirabel said.
Lucas hummed in response.

soon they were all eating in silence, because again, it was very good.

"I know cooking rice is like super easy to do, but I am still surprised you didn't fuck it up Camilo." Mirabel said with a grin.
"Do you think so lowly of me?" Camilo said with a fake pout.
"Yes." Mirabel said with a smile.
Lucas chuckled.

"I am really glad we found this place." Lucas said.

"Same."  Camilo said.

Mirabel gave Camilo a look.

"Now that we're talking about it, how long are you staying?" Mirabel asked.
"I don't know, maybe a week or two weeks." Lucas said being pretty sad.
"Where are you even going?"  Camilo asked, his mood changed a bit more sad.

"Just a place where we can get a house." Lucas said.
"Can't you get a house here?" Camilo asked.
"Aren't all the houses taken?" Lucas said.
"We can build a house." Camilo said back.

Mirabel looked at Camilo grinning, because he was acting so desperate.

"I don't know about this, and after all my mom needs to agree." Lucas said.

"Let's now just, enjoy the moments ur still here." Mirabel said while patting Lucas his hand.
"And we can always write letters!" Mirabel said trying to be cheerful.

It was quiet.

"I've gotta get Antonio." Camilo said while leaving the table.
"Can I come with you?" Lucas quickly asked.
Camilo was obviously surprised at what Lucas said.
"I mean, sure." Camilo said with an awkward chuckle.

Mirabel looked at them and shook her head while grinning.
