Chapter 1 A New Beginning

"Are you sure you're okay?" A short dark green haired boy wearing pajamas asked a shoulder length bluish black haired girl who was also wearing pajamas on her bed, "You were pretty roughed up at that time."

"It's been 2 weeks, Natsuro," the girl said as she got up from her bed, "I've recovered already."

"Okay, okay," Natsuro said as he left her bedroom, "Don't be late okay, Neri?"

"Alright," Neri said as she got up from her bed.

It's been 2 weeks since the water park incident and the Yamago twins have returned to their normal lives as Raizen High students at Tengu city. As Natsuro passed by the TV to eat breakfast, he overheard that two tornados suddenly disappeared around Japan. Neri then joined him for breakfast in the dining room. The two of them wore the standard Raizen High uniforms but this time Natsuro is wearing some sort of yellow armband on his left arm.

"I see that you're wearing that armband again," Neri said as she finished her omelette, "Back to being the infamous 'Invisible Discipliner' again aren't you."

"Yup," Natsuro said as he stacked the dishes and washed them, "Time to wear this armband with pride."

After Natsuro had done the dishes, the twins then put on their bags and shoes, locked the house door and went to school. Everything seems normal until...

"You're what?!" Natsuro said shockingly, "going to an island as a school trip destination?"

"It seems like it," Reine replied to him, "And I'm afraid Ratatoskr will be busy handling and protecting Shido and Tohka. So please understand and don't cause any trouble."

"It's not us causing trouble," Neri said to Reine, "The trouble is looking for us."

"Alright then," Natsuro said as he opened the door, "We'll be taking our leave."

As they left the room, they overheard some students talking about the boxing match that ended last night,

"Hey, you heard about that young boxer prodigy who won the last tournament?"

"Yeah, I heard. Wait, what was his name again?"

"It's 'Dark Fist' if I remember correctly,"

"That's new," Natsuro thought to himself, "This 'Dark Fist' seems to be a very powerful fighter."

After those students went away, the day continued as normal. Natsuro proceeded to do his duty as a member of the Raizen High Disciplinary Committee, such as catching Tohka red-handed when she was clinging to Shido's arms again.

"Toh-I mean, Yatogami-san," Natsuro said to her, "No flirting in the school hallways. Save it for after school."

"Alright.." Tohka said begrudgingly as she let go of Shido's arms.

As she did so, the three girls that always comment on Shido's actions then appear and comment on him again.

"How could they flirt on school grounds."

"I know right?"

"Gross."

"There they are," Natsuro thought to himself, "Where the hell did they come from anyways?"

The day then proceeded normally as the twins saw Shido's class go away a few days later. After that, the weekends rolled around. Early in the morning, the twins woke up and prepared to jog around the city as their new routine. Natsuro already woke up early and wore his brown shirt with forest green stripes, short gray pants with red stripes on the side. He then approached Neri's bedroom and knocked.

"NERI, WAKE UP NOW!" Natsuro yelled in front of her door, "Time to jog."

"Alright, Natsuro," Neri replied sleepily from behind her door.

Hearing her reply, Natsuro immediately went to the kitchen to make breakfast toast for the two of them. As he finished making breakfast, Neri has yet to come down. He rushed to her room and saw that she was still sleeping in bed.

"It's payback time," Natsuro thought to himself as he took a water sprayer.

He then tried spraying the water towards Neri's face but when the water was sprayed, it floated midair as it kept Neri's face dry. The water then flew towards Natsuro's face as Neri opened her eyes and smiled smugly.

"Nice try, Natsuro," Neri said as she got up from bed and took her jogging clothes.

"Damn it," Natsuro said as he went down the stairs to eat breakfast.

A few moments later, Neri went down to the dining room wearing a dark blue and white striped tracksuit. Her shoulder lenght bluish black hair was tied into a ponytail by a white bow.

"Took you long enough," Natsuro said as he put his plate into the sink, "Eat the toast while it's hot will you?"

"Ooo Toast," Neri said as she sat down and ate her toast, "It's the same as always huh?"

"Yea yea," Natsuro said as he took his black and green running from the shoe rack.

He then put on his black and white socks and put on his running shoes as Neri finished her breakfast and took her dark blue and white striped running shoes alongside her white socks. After they both put on their shoes and small sling bags containing water and phone, they locked the front door and began their routine morning jog.

"Make sure no Reiryoku leaks out, okay" Natsuro said as he jogged next to his twin, "We can't afford getting attacked by AST or worse DEM at a time like this."

"Yeah yeah..." Neri said as she continued jogging.

After a few minutes of jogging, they can still go on. Half an hour passed, and they started to slow down. After an hour of constant jogging, they have to walk their way.

"Pant pant.." The twins breathed heavily as they came to a halt near the outskirts of the city.

"How are we not tired when running with a mask on in spirit form?" Natsuro asked as he caught his breath, "Is the difference that big?"

"Well judging that we can fly, control stuff and regenerate," Neri said as she started walking, "Yeah, that much."

"Well," Natsuro said as he drank some of his water, "At least in human form, those AST and DEM won't be able to-"

Before he could finish his sentence, a flurry of missile shots were launched towards them. As a reflex, the two of them immediately jumped out of the way as the missiles exploded as dust and smoke flew everywhere. As the dust cleared, the twins looked up and saw a dozen open armored females flying in the sky. Their armor looks similar to AST but darker in color.

"Control center, we've located our target. Codename Artemis and Shogun, confirmed," one of the females said through her communicator, "Proceed to eliminate."
