The soft rays of sunlight sank in through the drapes, settling on Changmin's face and stirring the sleeping boy. He opened his eyes slowly, carefully pulling his blanket off as he moved off of his spot on Juyeon's rising and falling chest.

Clearing his throat quietly, he peeked into the kitchen to see Chanhee making small omelets.

"Ah... good morning, Chanhee," he greeted. Chanhee nodded in acknowledgment.

"Sleep well, lover boy?" Chanhee asked. Changmin couldn't tell whether he was joking or not, but his cheeks felt flushed.

"I was just cold last night," Changmin replied, turning red. "And he offered to double up our blankets, so..."

"So you ended up sleeping together." Chanhee began to slide the omelets on three separate plates and sprinkled them with sesame oil.

Changmin turned an even deeper red. "That's not what-"

Chanhee shushed him, bringing the plates over to the square, wooden dining table. "Don't worry," Chanhee said. "I know how Juyeon can be. He's hard to resist, you know," the boy joked. "With those arms and that waist..." He winked at his flustered friend.

Feeling like dying on the spot, Changmin buried his face in his hands in embarassment. "I'm not having this conversation," he sad resolutely, voice muffled.

Chanhee chuckled. "Whatever you say, dear." He slid a pair of chopsticks on Changmin's plate and took hold of his own. "Here, eat up."

The other boy reluctantly came out of his shell and took a bite of egg. Immediately, he melted with satisfaction. "Ahh, I didn't know you could cook, Chanhee."

Chanhee smiled proudly, taking his own bite. "It's my little secret," he said with a sigh of his own. "Truthfully, I didn't sleep a wink last night." He winked at Changmin. "I think I would've been better off cuddling with you and Juyeon, you know?" he joked.

Changmin stared at his friend, mid-bite. He set his chopsticks down and stood up. "You're going to hell for that," he said simply, and walked away from the table and his unfinished breakfast as Chanhee laughed.
