With the recent event, President Christian a state of emergency, all flights and sea travels are prohibited, fishermen who normally sail further to the Pacific, West Philippine Sea, Celebes Sea, and the Philippine Sea were all prohibited, the Philippine Navy and the Philippine Coast Guard was ordered by the President to conduct patrols to the country's exclusive economic zones.
BRP Jose Rizal and BRP Antonio Luna were once the most capable ships of the navy before its throne was taken by much more powerful ships ordered from Korea, the United States, and France under the AFP's modernization program, with the heating tension in East Asia and Indochina, the United States decided to help its allies modernizing their military capability which the Philippines took advantage of by buying military assets such as ships, military vehicles, modern equipment, land-based missiles, and sweeters "bought" from its allies which buffed the capability of AFP by tenfolds.
The two ships are patrolling the South China Sea are with the Manila Fleet, the main fleet of the navy, which consists of two aircraft carriers that are second hand Nimitz-class from the US, two Ticonderoga-class cruisers, two Arleigh Burke-class destroyers, three Chungmugong Yi Sun-sin-class destroyers, three landing platform docks and five Jose Rizal-class frigates, the Manila Fleet is the largest fleet of ships in the southeast asia so far.

President Christian spoke first, "*Cough, now that the internal matters are somehow solved, however, our main problems are still afloat, first, all of our trades are cut off, we immediately need partners to import and export products, resources that we import from other countries, especially uranium that feeds our nuclear powerplants, next is jobs, there are 6.7 unemployed Filipinos affected when we got transported here, most of them are from service and production sector, furthermore, our oil reserve will only last for a year and one and half a year if we save and limit our consumption, therefore, I invited you all here to solve these matters."
