Ito POV.

?!?!?!?!

"W-WHAT?! NO I DIDN'T SAY THAT"
I didn't think he'd still be in the room-WHAT DO I DO?!

"Don't change the subject Ito. Do you really love me?"
Why for the first time that I finally hear his voice have some emotion in them it's now?!?!

"I-I didn't say that"
I said panicking, trying to think of a way for me to escape

"I never said that. I only asked"
He said and I frantically looked around and decided to run away

"Kanao~ help me"
She was confused when I approached her

"You see I thought he stepped out of my room so I said "Is this what I get for falling in love with him?" then I heard his voice asking if I really love him. I messed up so please help me"
I didn't know what to do, I never expected this to happen, I mean I never meant to confess and it doesn't matter if I get rejected but you know what I mean!

"I-I see well...I don't know what to do too so I apologize"
*Shot to the heart* I'm doomed

"I'm gonna ask Ubuyashiki-sama to change who I'm under. That's the only way"
I made my way hoping I don't see anyone. Then after a few minutes I was now in front of Ubuyashiki-sama, I bowed and faced him

"A surprise to hear you reach out to me Ito. Now what is the problem?"
I didn't know how to start cuz I was panicking

"Ah-well you see I kinda have a slight problem"
I started and he tilted his head

"And what might that "slight problem" be?"
He asked and I took a deep breath then stared right into his eyes

"Please change my mentor"
I said and he was a bit surprised to hear that

"Did you two get into an argument? You two have been pretty close these past few days"
He said

"Ah it's not that we're doing good it's just...I-it's just...AHH I THOUGHT HE WENT OUT MY ROOM SO I SAID A SOMEWHAT CONFESSION AND THEN HE SPOKE ASKING IF I LOVE HIM BUT I RAN AWAY"
I explained with my hands covering my face but he just chuckled

"Wh-"
I was about to ask why but then I heard footsteps and voices of Rengoku-san and Tokito?!

"Oh no! Sorry I have to go! Good bye!"
I swiftly left and wished he didn't see or hear me

Author POV.

Both Rengoku and Muichiro arrived and bowed when they saw Ubuyashiki

"Did anything happen to you two? Ito came to see me asking to change her mentor"
Ubuyashiki asked despite knowing why, he just asked to see if Muichiro would tell him

"Well you see..."
Muichiro started explaining

"Haha explains why she rushed to leave earlier when she heard you two arriving"
Hearing this Muichiro looked up

"She was here?"
He asked and Ubuyashiki nodded

"She went that way if you're gonna chase after her"
Ubuyashiki pointed to a certain direction which Muichiro ran to follow but couldn't find he anywhere

"Why"
He asked himself, looking around

"Why can't I find her when I usually can everyday?"
He asked himself again but he knows the answer to that question tho. He himself was also distracted with Ito's confession thus making him flustered

"Ah Muichiro strange to see you here"
Shinobu's voice suddenly appeared

"I'm looking for Ito"
He said
