My alarm went off and I couldn't resist not smashing it with my hand, Making it shatter into a million pieces. Ugh, now I have to buy a new one. I haven't slept really well, And it is still super early. Cat is probably waiting for me already. How should I dress? Do I have to change my closet?

I opened my closet and picked this red and white pattern like coat, which seemed quite like the new me. I added some cute white skirt and see through pantyhose. I'm not really a fan of high heels, but for today I've decided to wear something higher than just loafers, I have to give myself a chance sometimes. I reached into my shoe draw that I haven't opened in a century. I noticed these pair of shoes and I don't have any idea why I haven't worn them once. They're pretty. I put them on as a cherry on top for my outfit of the day and step in front of my mirror. I checked myself from top to bottom and said to myself out loud:

"I look great, you got this!"

I haven't really thought about my clothes so much But I wanted to wear something that represents me as a person. I have decided I have to change my closet and I have the perfect person who could help me. Lena is probably working. I'm sure her foundation is doing great.

Lately, I've been thinking about her quite often. We've been friends for a while now.

Oh, I know exactly what I have to do..

I picked up my phone and texted her.

Me: Hi Lena! How r u doin?

Lena: Working at LCorp, a little hungover from yesterday but I'll be fine, you?

Me: I've been thinking, since you never disappoint with your looks- would you help me shop some outfits? My wardrobe is hungry for some new clothes :D

Lena: Of course! Meet me at Beanery's, at 4:30. I'll drive ;)

Me: Deal! See you there :)

Lena: See ya, xx

I've been very distant from Lena lately. We haven't talked since the wedding. I can't imagine anything happening to Lena. Yes, we had a rough start, but now, I think that our friendship is stronger than ever. I have to be careful with her, I don't want to lose her, I'm not going to risk anything because she means to me so much, I can't lose her. Ever.

I almost forgot to look at the time. Damn it, I can't be late, Cat will kill me.

I put on my coat and picked up my keys.

I'm so nervous, but at the same time, happy.

I rushed to the Catco. Actually I flew, because traffic is just unbelievable. There is no doubt I can drive but I just prefer flying, it's quite relaxing and above all, quicker than the actual driving. Of course, before I entered the building I hid behind this corner where I knew there weren't any cameras. It's kind of private, nobody really passes by here to the other entrance. I quickly switched back to my work clothes from my suit. The suit is sometimes so uncomfortable but I'm getting used to it. Definitely better from the little skirt I used to wear. I quite frankly remember the days I needed to carefully squat because if I bended over, my ass would be all over Catco and an article in Catco magazine. I can only see what the headline on the cover would be:

"Supergirl's flashing behind has left the public with heart attacks"

I can only imagine bottom line is me, writing my own article about me. Hilarious.

The door slid open when I entered the building. Thank Rao I can use the elevator because my greatest weakness are the stairs. Screw Kryptonite, stairs are the problem.

As soon as I enter the elevator, the door started to close when a hand reached between half closed doors. I immediately recognised her face.
