Y/N POV
I'm making dinner, waiting for my girlfriend Niki to come home. I hear the door open and my face breaks into a smile. Then I hear a bag fall to the floor and my expression turns into one or concern.
"I'm in here, love!"
I call. Niki runs to the kitchen, and I see the tears running down her perfect face. I wrap my arms around her, feeling her shoulders shake.
"Niki... are you ok? Do you want to talk about it?"
I feel her shake her head.
"Come on, love, let's go to the couch."
We lay on the couch, my arms around her, until I hear her gentle snores and mine soon follow.
