Roommates [ot7]

After dinner last night, I decided to go to bed early, since I had work the next morning and had to be there by 9am.

I woke up around 7:15am and got up to go take a shower. When I went out into the hallway and walked towards the bathroom, I could hear that the shower was on and could also hear...moaning?

I shook the thought off and just went back to my room. Whatever was happening in there was none of my business.

I was a little upset that I couldn't take a shower, I still smelled like a sweaty nutsag from yesterday. I made sure to spray myself with a bunch of body spray and hoped it would last until I could take a shower after work.

I put on my work clothes and walked out of the bedroom, walking down the hall and into the living room. I saw that Jin and Hoseok were already awake, drinking coffee and eating toast. They looked over at me as soon as they felt my presence.

"Jungkook! Good morning!" Hoseok said before jumping up and hugging me.

"Indoor voice, Hoseok, they're four other people sleeping in this apartment." Jin told Hoseok.

"Oh yeah, sorry." He said before pulling away from me, his hands on my shoulders. "Good morning." He said a bit quieter.

I nodded. "Good morning, Hobi." I said before looking at Jin, bowing a little in his direction. "Good morning, Jin."

"Good morning, Jungkook, why are you up so early?" He asked curiously.

"I have to go to work."

"Oh you have a job?! Where?!" Hoseok asked cheerfully.

I pointed at the logo on my shirt, causing Hoseok to gasp.

"You work at that video game store downtown?! That's so cool!"

"Indoor voice, Hobi." Jin said again.

"Sorry." Hoseok whispered and then looked at me. "Is there a chance that I could get a discount on some games?" He asked.

"Hobi, don't ask things like that!" Jin said, shocked by Hoseok's question.

"It's just a question, I really really want some new games, but I never have enough to buy them." He said with a pout.

I chuckled softly. "I'll see what I can do." I said before going to the kitchen to find something to eat.

I made myself a cup of coffee before looking around, seeing that there wasn't much in the kitchen to eat. I decided to just drink the coffee and hope that there were donuts in the break room at work.

I walked out of the kitchen and went near the front door to put my shoes on. When I looked in the living room, I saw that Jin and Hoseok were already gone. I do remember Namjoon saying that they had to go to work early in the morning, so I didn't think much of it.

I made sure I had everything with me before walking out of the apartment and then leaving the building to go to my car. I didn't have a key to the apartment yet, so I texted Namjoon to remind him to give me a copy of the front entrance key and the apartment key.

I got in my car and started the engine before driving to work, which was a 30 minute drive from where I lived now. I used to live down the street from the video game store and could walk there with no problem, now I have to drive to the other side of town to get to work.

And of course, there's no donuts in the break room.

I sighed and rubbed my head, knowing I wasn't going to be feeling good at all today. I put my stuff away and immediately started working, going to the front counter by the cash register.

I was basically the cashier of the store, but every once in awhile, I help out with the customers as well, but that's only when it's super busy.

My boss won't let me do anything else, saying I'm too young and I wouldn't know how to help the customers.

Which I find to be a bit funny, because we get the most sales when I help most of the customers, but okay..

I was about to go on my fifteen minute break, when an older lady, maybe late 30's or early 40's, comes up with a at least ten games in her hand. I looked around and saw that the other employees were busy and I didn't want her to wait until I got back, so I looked at her and gave her a friendly smile.

"Hello, did you find everything okay?" I asked as I started scanning the games.

"I did, thank you." She said politely, then went in her purse to dig around for the money. "It's my son's 11th birthday tomorrow and I'm just now getting him his birthday presents."

I chuckled softly and looked down at the games. "He's really into LEGO games and Harry Potter, huh?" I asked.

"Oh yes, he's always talking about Harry Potter this and LEGOs that, so these games will really make him happy." She said before pulling out her debit card.

I nodded. "They're really good games, he'll love them." I said before pressing the button on the cash register to show the prices. "Okay, that'll be 30-" I stopped when I suddenly felt dizzy, my head feeling like it was spinning around.

"Are you okay, young man?" The lady asked in a very concerned tone.

"Y-Yeah, sorry." I said, letting out a soft chuckle. "I got dizzy for a moment, but I'm okay." I said before looking at the price again. "That'll be 30-" I stopped again, but this time, I was so dizzy that I ended up stumbling a bit, my back hitting the wall behind me.

"You look a bit pale, sweetheart, should I let one of your employees know you're not feeling well?" She asked, a bit worried now.

I shook my head quickly. "No I'm fine, I'm just...I-I'm just..."

I never finished that sentence, because the next thing I know, I fall to the ground and everything around me gets dark.
