The meeting was over, finally. After the agreement between The Battalion and them, they finally got an introduction to everyone currently there.

Or, well, one introduction.

"This is Captain Hallucination, she helps keeps things on track while helping us plan our tactics and strategies, she also fights alongside our soldiers whenever we're in battle; she's quite skilled." Unreality introduced as he gestured to the tall girl beside him.

Hallucination had blonde hair that resembled curly springs and brushed against her jawline. She had pale pink skin that was spattered with scars, her eyes were yellow with speckles of red, and her lips were blue and twisted into a frown. She, like her fellow commanders, also wore Netherite that was decorated with medals and had a cloud on her right shoulder. At her side, were a concerning amount of knives and swords.

She bowed nicely before returning to her perfect posture and neat stance, "That's everyone worth knowing, what are we to do now?" Unreality asked Sam, everyone's eyes furrowed at the lack of names for the soldiers, but no one brought it up because something... stopped them.

"I will show you to the local Inn, we can all meet back here in the morning to begin planning." Sam suggested before looking around the room for everyone else's opinions, when the all agreed with him, he walked out of the community house with the battalion behind him.

"I don't like them." Sapnap immediately blurted out once he was sure they were out of earshot. Phil nodded, "I agree, but we need their help, Dream and Karl seem more dangerous than we know and they've dealt with them before." He agreed, Sapnap's brow furrowed as it was said.

But before he could speak up, Phil and Techno were already leaving. "We need to return home, it's been left semi-unprotected for hours." Phil said before waving goodbye and leaving.

Sapnap turned to speak with George, but was greeted by a blank space of where his friend once stood. His eyes darted around the room quickly before returning back to the space, only him and Quackity remained in the room.

He was about to leave when a hand stopped him, he looked back to see a nervous Quackity clutching his wrist gently. "I- We need to talk, Sap- nap." He stated, Sapnap hesitated but wrapped his hand around Quackity's before leading him outside and into the forested area by spawn.

When they stopped, Sapnap let go of Quackity and turned to face him. "What do you want to talk about?" He said and rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly, he already knew what was going to be said. Quackity took a deep breath, "Karl, us." He said.

Quackity looked different than Sapnap remembered, his usual messy, shoulder length, black hair was neat and covered by a navy beanie with cards in the folds of it; the beanie also covered up the golden feathers that sprouted from his ears. His milky white eye still had the scar running through it, but his other brown eye was distant and tired looking instead of the regular energy that coursed through them.

His navy sweater and pants as well as his dirty shoes were gone as well, now replaced by a wrinkle-less dress shirt with a red tie and black suspenders that were attached to black dress pants that showed off shiny dress shoes. A good thing, though, was that his golden duck wings were on full display now. Quackity used to hide them out of fear, but now they were free.

Sapnap quietly admitted to himself that Quackity had changed. Who knew if the sweet and energetic boy he fell in love with was still there, what if this serious businessman had replaced him? Sapnap shook that thought away though.

"Okay, uhm, what does that include?" Sapnap asked, Quackity looked away. "I missed you guys and when I finally find out where you've been, Karl turns out to be a criminal? What happened?" He asked, his tone was slightly desperate.
