Chapter 10: Sunny/Moon's Room

Y/Ns POV

"E-Eh-?!" I seemed kiinda shocked that I'd gone beat red and stuttered.

He seemed almost shocked that i got flustered by his question

"Why did that fluster you so much?" He asked cocking his head. A sneaky little hidden smirk on his lips.

"Wh- uh- I don't know-.. uhm-" you couldn't think of a good response. The smirk didn't help. I took a deep breath and calmed down.

"Sorry.. I don't know why I got flustered there.. sorry- uh, but yes.. I like both your human forms. You look amazing." I said giving a kind smile. He smiled and shrugged.

"Eh thanks." He said.

Me and sunny/moon talked for a few hours. Not really doing much tonight. When the lights went out meaning it was almost 6. I looked up at the ceiling as they went out and sighed.

I looked to moondrop what was frowning at the big wooden doors of the daycare. I noticed and tilted my head. Before I got a chance to say anything to him he spoke.

"Your staying here today." He said. I sat there shocked. He looked at me, a serious look across his face.

"I don't care if you have people waiting for you at home, I don't want you out of my sights right now. Besides you can't even walk." I was dumbfounded. I hadn't expected him not to want me to leave, then again he was right, I couldn't walk, and I didn't actually have anyone waiting for me.

"Ok." I said nodding. He gave a small relieved sigh.

"Good." Is all he said. I smiled a bit. The lights came back on, I looked at sundrop and he smiled a me.

"Sorry if I seemed rude! I'm just worried about you!" He said. I smiled.

"It's ok, I understand completely." I told him calmly. He smiled and turned back into an animatronic before walking over and picking me up.

"Let's take you somewhere that you can rest. You were awake all night!" He said. I gave a small nod and he smiled. I leaned against him as he started going somewhere. I didn't keep track of where as sleep cought up to me tugging my eyelids over my eyes. I was actually pretty tired. I drifted off into sleep in Sunny's arms.

Sundrop's POV

As I carried Y/N to my room hidden behind the tower on the wall, they fell asleep. I got them their and walked around all the mess there was to a pile of large blankets that sat by the wall. That was the closest thing to a bed that I had. I also used some of those for kids who took naps in the daycare sometimes. It wad really soft so it should work for Y/N to sleep on.

I gently set them on the pile of blankets. They curled up and snuggled into the blankets. I watched overthem happily. I didn't exactly want to leave their side after what happened last time I did. But the workers would be suspicious and the kids would be sad if I didn't go out to the Daycare today. Luckily I'm the only one with access to this room. The only door is the tower entrance.

Even if someone did get in the room was really messy, only reason I can navigate it is because I've been in the room for a long while. Only reason I don't worry about Y/N being in here right now is because they shouldn't be walking or standing anywhere at the moment.

I heard the wooden doors open and the chatter of the couple workers who helped me supervise the kids firing the day as they walked in. I went out to the balcony of the tower and jumped into the ballpit from there as I normally do. I waved and said hey to the workers but as usual they ignored me.

That's why I like Y/N so much, they don't ignore me like the other people who work here. I skipped over to the tables and got out paper and crayons for the kids when they started to arrive. I heard as the workers whispered as they do every morning. I had a feeling either they didn't want me to hear or they were talking about me.. or both.

But I don't care if they like me or not. Not anymore anyway. I have the kids at the daycare who like me. And Y/N too! Now that I have them I don't need to worry about if others like me! As long as they like me I'll be perfectly happy!

After I finished setting coloring things out I skipped back up to my room to wait for kids to arrive. I saw Y/N peacefully asleep on the pile of blankets and felt happy. I was verry happy they were getting some sleep.

3rd person POV

Once the kids started to arrive sundrop went back out of his room. Leaving you sleeping peacefully in the pile of fluffy blankets. Every now and then as he played with, and drew with kids he would glance up there at the balcony. Even knowing you were so close by, he still wanted to see you.

The workers who helped supervise the kids noticed he kept glancing up there. They didn't care to know why however. They were off-put by the joyful animatronic and didn't like him much. If they could they'd request transfer from the daycare to work somewhere else in the mall.

But the daycare jobs paid well and they were too buisy, especially in the day, to be able too go and request.

You continued to sleep. Though as you slept your non-existent dream turned to one about how you lost your home and why. It wasn't the best but it definitely wasn't the worst to happen to you.

Y/Ns POV

My eyes fluttered open as I woke from my sleep yawning. I snuggled closer to the comfy Fluff under me. I looked around a bit and found myself in an unfamiliar room. But by some of the stuff I picked out of the mess on the floor, and the sound of cheering and playing kids, I was somewhere by the daycare.

I looked around and saw little sun and moon things every here and there. The room was a mess, but seemingly an organized mess. I looked at what I was laying on to just see a pile of blankets. I smiled a bit and kept looking around. I noticed a bit carefuly cut out hole in the wall that lead to a bright room. The sound of children seemed to be loudest from there. But I don't remember seeing that hole in the walls of the daycare.

At least I don't think I did. I looked around for a clock, wanting to see sunny but knowing I couldn't get up to go see him. Their wasn't one in there. I sighed and snuggled into the pile of blankets again and let my eyes once again close. Its not like I had anything else to do but sleep.

I opened my eyes again feeling way too refreshed. Rubbed my eyes a bit as sounds and colors and shapes and touch became coherent to me again. It was quite. But just as light as when I'd Last woken. I was still on the pile of blankets. I looked around and noticed sunny powered off next to the blanket pile.

I smiled a bit. I was just gonna sit there waiting but I ended up not needing to wait long. I sat there for maybe a moment when he started to power on.

I looked at him with a calm smile as he woke up.
