PART 1; THE SHADOW OF THE MOON

Two entities were drawn to a lake, under a cloudless night as the moon shone strong. One with shadow at his control, and the other capable of freezing time itself. Both powerful, and both enchanted by the sensation that lead them to the clear body of water.

Their reflections shone beneath them, as their eyes were glazed in a daze. But they awoke, snapping their eyes up to the sky and questioning what they were doing.

But to their shock, the clear full moon turned dark. A mere shadow cast, and there was nothing but the stars. The moon's shadow; an eclipse as the world was shrouded in darkness.

Speechless, but their eyes trailed down the lake, and yet again were they given a shock. It was not their reflections that they saw, but one another.

Astaroth saw Alastor.

Alastor saw Astaroth.

"WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?!"

As demon and god sat there by the side of the lake, they stared intently at one another. The moon, still covered by a shadow was not even there to witness the situation.

Power rolled of both them. An other worldly presence that both noticed, to which made them even more cautious. Both had only met two other beings from outside the world of Teyvat, and it confused them who the other was.

Astaroth in particular narrowed his eyes dangerously at the young(looking) man that had suddenly appeared. He could feel the infernal presence, the aura of a demon, from him. But he didn't feel hostility, although the unknown man was more cautious and confused just as he.

"So you're telling me. Your name is Alastor, the demon counterpart of Morax. The companion of Aether and a protector of Mondstadt." He repeated, still incredulous to the situation.

'Alastor' slowly nodded, also unsure of what was happening.

"And your Astaroth. The eighth archon ― which seriously does not exist! ― and the Reisender, under the alias Noir."

Astaroth now was the one doing the unsure nodding. He could only be thankful that Nyx wasn't here to provoke this demon, considering how he was ignorant to the God of chaos himself. But then again, Alastor was also confused as to how he didn't know, and how Astaroth was clueless of the contract demon.

"Your from another universe, or dimension." Astaroth concluded, and thankfully, Alastor nodded in agreement.

"That's possible. There was something wrong with the leylines, and I still have no clue as to how I arrived to the damned lake. Perhaps it's a gateway, but I can't feel the power from it anymore." Alastor sighed, looking disturbed as he glanced to the lake, reflecting the glittering stars.
