A/N: Hello readers! Thanks for taking your time reading this fanfic. My name is Sara Roseheart, but you can just call me Sara. As you can see, this is the first ever fanfic that I have ever written, so that means I am an amateur writer. Hopefully, you can provide criticisms for my fanfic so I can improve as a writer, after all, it's better to have more people criticize my work than praising it.
Anyway, I'm sorry if my fanfic would be terrible and boring... I'm a terrible writer. Hopefully, you guys enjoy this fanfic.

Principality of Qua-ToyneIt was early in the morning and the sun has already risen and spreads light throughout the lands of the Principality of Qua-Toyne yet it still cold in this time of day.
A dragon knight named Marl Patima lazily patrols the Qua-Toynian airspace above the seas of Rodenius. The skies are clear of clouds with the few ones being further away in the horizon, so it made his patrol duty a lot easier.
Ever since the rise of the threats of the hegemonic country of the Lourian Kingdom about forcefully unifying the entire continent of Rodenius, patrol is at an all-time high as the Lourians are currently amassing their army and could invade either Qua-Toyne and Quila anytime soon.
Marl Patima was ordered to patrol the Qua-Toynian airspace both on the east and northeast of Rodenius since it was hypothesized that Louria might invade from those regions. Despite this however, he is a bit bored as everywhere he goes in the east, he can only see a vast expanse of seawater devoid of any ally or enemy ships or dragon knights. Though he had to admit that the scenery is very beautiful, especially seeing it from above.
Marl sighed in relaxation and decided to enjoy the scenery. He then closed his eyes, letting his wyvern soar through the skies on their designated patrol path. While this patrol may be crucial to the naval defense of the port city of Maihark, it wouldn't hurt to take a rest while on patrol duty. After all, patrolling needs alot more energy than one might think.
As he closed his eyes however, a faint buzzing sound suddenly entered his ears. At first, he simply dismissed that sound, but as his wyvern continuously flies forward, the buzzing sound becomes much louder to simply ignore.
Marl then opened his eyes in annoyance and decided to look for the source of that annoying buzzing sound. He swung his head towards all directions until he spotted a dot on what was once a clear sky. The dot then gradually grew bigger and bigger as if it is approaching him.
He ordered his wyvern to stop moving forward and grabbed his mana communicator and began to report about what he is seeing right now.
"HQ! This is Dragon Knight Patima! Come in HQ!"
The manacom then responded to Patima.
"This is HQ. What's your status Patima?"
"I have something on my sights. I'm planning on heading ther-"
Marl's report was suddenly interrupted by the dot that had turned into a recognizable figure and was about to pass him. The object seemed to be a lot more faster than he anticipated. He then ordered his wyvern to bank to the right. Fortunately, he narrowly avoided the object as it continues to fly forward.
"By the gods! That thing is so fast! We're so lucky to barely avoid collision with... whatever that thing is!" Marl said as he sighed in relief. "Come on buddy, we have to get close to that thing to see what it actually is!"
His wyvern roared in agreement and begins to fly towards the mysterious flying object. The object is so fast that even a wyvern, a creature that is considered to be the ruler of the skies in Rodenius, could barely catch up to it. Marl ordered his wyvern to go faster but even then, they still have a hard time catching up to the object. Fortunately, they managed to get closer enough to distinguish the appearance of the flying object and Marl grabbed his manacom and report to HQ about the appearance of the flying object.
