Prologue

It was a sunny Saturday, when Suzuki Yoshike decided to take her children to the park. That weekend, her husband, Dai Yoshike, was in charge of the insect exhibit at the science convention, causing Suzuki and her family to stay in the other side of the city, at her sister's place. So there she was, with her eldest, Kosami, the young Hama, and the last sibling, Nori, who just turned four and hadn't manifested her quirk yet. Out of Suzuki's kids, she was the most enthusiastic, jumping into action whenever the chance.
-Mom, Mom, Mom, c'mon!
Particularly that day. Once they arrived and settled down, the little indigo-haired ball of energy dove right into the playground. That's where she met two boys, one with spiky blond hair and the other with curly green hair. Kacchan and Zuzu, as they called each other.
As the day went on, they grew as closer as toddlers could be. Kacchan kept on ranting on how good hero he was going to be growing up. He had recently gotten an explosive quirk, which he bragged about most of the time. Zuzu was much more reserved, agreeing to everything Kacchan said. Nori contentes herself on leading them to activities while they were chatting. But like every good thing, it came to end. They had to go fetch Nori's father at the exhibit. On the way out, Nori had only one thought on her mind.
-Mom?
-Yes honey?
-When I grow up, I wanna be a hero.
