Ash's mind:

Oh my it really is the new year! How time flies by with bliss!

I better go wake up Eiji and maybe a slight surprise!

Third person:

Ash winks to see a asleep Eiji in peace.He laughs in awe to see a teddy bear in Eiji's hand.Ash felt the warmth of winter in his heart and so did Eiji.Ash called out his gang to plan a surprise and in time they arrived as a full house.
"Boss,happy new year"said one of them.All of them had repeated approximately the same words to each other but with a  cheeky smile. The lights warmed up their lights like chandeliers and lifted up their hidden spirits to a full.Everyone felt joyous and pranks or surprises were nothing with a dangerous motive.They needed fun in their lives since they always never had peace.Peace was a candle but they never dared to light out someone's.

Ash reached out to everyone to sit on the furniture and be comfortable.
Nobody felt paranoid or worried;just the calm atmosphere. It was as light as clouds.A new year was a fresh start and Ash had their first mission set out.Would it be a serious one?..
     Or a one which would end up in millions of laughter? Well it led to Ash

Ash whispered a small response
He said quietly "let's prank Eiji with water"

Only one heard this but we all wonder who it was.

Bones erupted with a gasp of laughter.
Everyone shook their heads to see Bones laughing with a smile.You could clearly see the laughter blush imprinted on his face.

A sudden "huh" flashed on everyone's face and a swarm of wanting to know what happened circulated around the crowd like crows.

"Didn't you all hear?"

        ....

"He wants to prank Eiji."

They all thought of ideas and kept thinking.

    A pillow fight?

  Ash: No.Theres not that many pillows

  A fake proposal

Ash: Now who said that?I can't just randomly tell him it was fake.You need to think about what I think of as a joke and what is real! A proposal needs to be fancy and you all just breaking the glass on wanting Eiji to feel broken.

You could clearly see the anger imprinted on his face.

  A don't laugh challenge on youtube..?

   Ash: well isn't that fun for us? I mean we could try it out later so don't worry.

How about we make you look like you were injured?

Ash:So we make me look bruised? And then that's funny.Wow a nice response.I surely have seen this one before and Eiji saved me.He really does care and I don't want him to run fields for me.well maybe you all should book me a happy trip to the wheat fields?

They all panicked in search of a thought to complete their mission.

Pouring water on Eiji?

Before they all knew it,a water drop splashed everywhere.It was now flooding the flat.What a disaster.
Sing suddenly appeared nowhere and said with sarcasm    

"well sometimes you forgot to close the door and I bring you all new joy!"

"How could you?"

"My hair is all wet! I spent last year's money on this! Why now?"

   Look at Alex's hair! Such a trendy one!

  "Now..who said that? Bones..don't tell me that you have been ordering magazines!

  "Alex..I was just saying things about your hair and how did you know?

"W-hat I'm doomed! Hide me forever"

Eiji woke up to see a flood in his flat with screams of laughter and sarcasm.

"Huh ahh what on earth happened?"

"WELL KNOCK KNOCK HAPPY NEW YEAR" SHOUTED SING.

"Happy new year! I guess its time to check my calendar. Oh wow!Was this surprise supposed to welcome me into the rainy season" yawned Eiji.

Well happy rain year forever and once more together!
