Note to all Staff members: can someone send down one of the janitors to East way C. Apparently Dr Shears found his drinks and caused a bit of a mess. One of the inmates who were meant to be sent to CEI 122 had slipped and broken his foot on the left side. Which cause his Arrival to 122 had to be put on hold for a while.

Dr Dot: "Victor Magics. Never heard of it.. What is it about?"

Dr Crab: "Well the story goes by of A young boy name Victor. Who like any other of his family was the unpopular. Bullied by his older cousin and his friends. His father past away and mother hanged for being accused of witchcraft. That's how Victor future was inspired by his mother. His favourite book was damaged by one of his cousins latest pranks. How upset Lil Victor was. So he went to his mother secret room.

Where she hid all her books and spells. Victor uses it to make a powerful liquid that can make his Book indestructible. But the outcome was Grim. His book may be restored but it had a lot of changes to it.. It affects the real world.. Predicting deaths left and right.
Each pages change depends on the creator choices.. He wanted revenge on his cousin and within minute of sliding the pop up of a boy about to eat one of his uncles pastry.. His cousin was found dead.. Either by asphyxiation. Or Poison.. Eventually the local towns people were all concerned about Victors behaviour and when the truth came out.. They all chased the young boy down until he was found and burned. His body melted..

But not the book and within 5 minutes of the little boy execution. The titular monster, Victim of circumstances or in short. V. O. C climbed out of the pages like it was liquid. He smiled before his massacre and to this day.. Who ever reads this book predicts them and their love once deaths by V. O. C. And when it's done. The book and the host will find it's next victim to torment. They will follow them nonstop until they turn the page. And the cycle continues.. But that stop since the secret police manage to contain it. Thank god.. So...Dot how was my summary. "
