The C. E. I. Monsters Part 2

Cei 844: "Ceiling Drooling Creature." [Class: Dangerous]
Abilities: Climbs on ceilings and Abducts people with his long claw like tail just from a claw machine. Nothing more is said about the creature skills or any type of ability as he rarely shows it other than his mature to crawl around on walls and ceiling and capture those underneath him.
Appearance: a blue tall like skinny creature with long blue unwashed hair, horns, One eye that resembles a cyclops and a stretchable tail that resembles a claw. He can also manage to crawl into the ventilation shaft that can help him get around each places much easily. Also some people have been calling him "Nixon".

Dr Elliot: "Hold on, isn't that the creature who killed agent Sky during his breach?"
Dr Hiroki: "Unfortunately yes, it only took 1 sacrifice to bring him back to his chamber.. 15 agents and 5 scientist lost their lives under his grasp."

Cei 665: "The Sad Cry Creature" [Class: Dangerous]
Abilities: invisibility, Change his voice to the cries of a baby and paralyse his victims with his bright eyes.
Appearance: An adult size demon with orange skin, 4 horns and red pimples on his face which gives of an unpleasant oder when burst. Can only be seen by reflection on glass, mirrors, night vision goggles. Photos, videos and water.

Dr Elliot: "Wow.. That's one of the most shortest file about this thing. Quite disappointed."
Dr Hiroki: "Yeah, we couldn't get any new information about him due to his invisibility. I hope the other 2 won't be that disappointing to you. "

Cei 321: "Pinwheel the clown" [Class: Dangerous]
Abilities: open up his faceplates and spawn in some weapons when the wheel had been spun. Either by Flames, knives, lasers, guns, ice or electricity if the arrow had landed onto one of them.
Appearance: his face is like a small version of the spin the wheel board. Each spaces have different sort of punishments, many of which are very brutal, if the victim or himself spin his face and the arrow points at a space with a brutal punishment in, that victim will not be spared until that punishment is over. If that victim did manage to survive, they will be sent back to their cell with major injuries or would be forced to spin the wheel again.

Dr Elliot: "I don't know why his name is pinwheel, like he don't even look like one!"
Dr Hiroki: "It may not be to you, but it is to me."
Dr Elliot: "Eh, I guess so."

Cei 151: "Anon Mi" [Class: Unknown]
Abilities: Cause total destruction if he wants to. Hacks into very high securities and unauthorized websites. Can control weapons and Explosions. Shoots bullets by the finger tip of the index fingers, Manipulates darkness, chaos. Destructions. Monsters. and Technology, also control his Levitation, it was also shown that he had inject a unknown chemical onto a victims neck which made him loose control of his body and made him jump of the top floor. Somewhat of a controlled suicide chemical. Also creates or forces people to join his cult. By wearing the same mask as him and covering them in cloaks and brim hats. Also shown to take souls into his twisted purgatory.. Where he challenges them to killing games, trails and riddles..
Appearance: A unknown man in a black cloak and leather straps, wearing a guy fawkes mask and pure white gloves. He talks in a French language that sounds distorted and calm. He was found under the catacombs in Paris inside a secret room, probably his small hideout.

Dr Elliot: "If he can cause total destruction, why isn't he destroying us now?"
Dr Hiroki: "Maybe he's finding the right moment to do so. Travis, how was the look at of the C. E. I. monsters we have at the moment?"
Dr Elliot: "Eh, some was interesting some was short, I couldn't care less. I just hope the other monsters will be more interesting than them. "
Dr hiroki: "Understandable. Let us move on, shall we?"
