Cei 5425: "Ring Ring" [Class: Very Dangerous]
Abilities: Strength, Telepathy, Speed, Sonic Scream, invincibility for only 6 minutes and electrokinesis.
Appearance: A 7 ft tall japanese woman wearing a old grey trench coat, a ragged lilac dress and a hold wired telephone on her head, mimics those and change her arms to various weapons and her legs to razor sharp blades. Also the rotary dial of the telephone can appear as an eye or sharp teeth with a overly long tongue. She can text and rings on victim phones to lure or paranoid them. Also can head shift her head to various objects, weapons and organs [example: Cloud, Eye, Gun, Camera. Angel wings that shoot out bladed feathers, ext]

Cei 5871: "Ugly TV head" [Class: Dangerous]
Abilities: Make victims watch a cursed cartoon show which under a few hours or less the effect of the show can slowly change their bodies to wired metallic parts which tears their skin apart and crush their internal organs.. The victim would either die of shock or lung failure due to the hard breathing. The cartoon show would also find its way onto other screens [monitors, TV's, billboards.] she can also crawl through various screens like a portal. But she might have to slim her body to get through the smaller ones though... Also uses electricity from wires. Can also trap people in the tv screens.
Appearance: a 15 year old teenager Wearing a pink jacket. Light red skirt, black/white long socks and the TV head she may or might had put on. She was the first victim after an acid accident which consider her ugly. [Large tumors covering her left eye] She couldn't go to school due to the bullying and was forced to stay home. She found the TV during her venture to a old shed in the forest by her home. It looked odd at first and only air one single show.. After she watched the full episode she started to have strange seizures and vomiting.. She realize her skin was melting and was forming wires and metallic parts. It was eating her inside, Her horrifying looks manage to make 8 students collapse and die due to heart failure's. she was chased out of school and her mother couldn't do anything. Team Cataclysm Corp took the girl away to C. E. I. Facility and administer a special drug to the girl mother in order for her to forget the incident and her daughter existence.

Cei 016: "The Soldier That Betrays." [Class: Very Dangerous]
Abilities: Strength, Controls either chains or Barbed wires, Can manipulate the victims joints, bones, Their Insanity and fears, Heavily exposed mixture of Phosgene and Chlorine gas from the cei mouth can travel far than 78 metres which can poison or stun any victims which leads to fatality over 2 minutes. Also spews out acid from his Wounds when attacked. Can camouflage to confuse his enemies. Also owns a large inventory of weapons inside his trench cloak. Can also create weapons at will. Regeneration. Weapon multiplication. Corrosion.
Weapons: A rifle was a sharp bayonet, Flash bangs that can blind the victims for 48 seconds, Electric Wires and Barbed wires to be used as whips, guns such as luger, pistols, shotguns or a flare gun. Grenades and axes, also the bullets can go through Anything and explodes upon impact.
Appearance: He calls him self General Oswald. But in reality his rank is private. He got the nickname "General" from his former friends and groups during the travel due to his bravery and highly intelligent. No one knew what had happen to him 5 months after his disappearance during their journey through no man's land. When they did find him, he was quite odd. His flesh was exposed and his hair gone the other half of his body was black mucus like and his coat and uniform muddy and ragged. He suffers with Torticollis after the incident... His vision had changed as well. He couldn't identify his men.. Only to visualize them as enemies. He doesn't remember his mistakes. Or he doesn't remember that he was the one who had slaughtered his team. He hid and slowly hibernate in a bunker. He was found 89 years later.. Still the same.

Cei 349: "Victims Of Circumstance" [Class: Very Dangerous]
Abilities: Can enter and exit the pages in the book. Can change each page to real life scenarios, Own a small pocket dimension [a world of paper] to store and kill his prisoners. Controls his victims to kill their friends or families just like in the book and then turn on themselves or either kill them himself. Can turn his victims to paper and erased them. Can also turn into paper himself when damaged. Stalks his next victims when finished.
Appearance: a Black pop up book that effects real [predicts the death of the victims or their friends and families.] The host is off a tall entity wearing a old witch hat, ragged short red cloak, rust chains and cuffs on his ankle. And very sharp nails. It is unknown about his true origins Or his true Identity.

Cei 071: "The Little boy in crude oil." [Class: Dangerous]
Abilities: Creates and Manipulate oils and dives and crawls out like a portal, Strength, latches oil onto the victim skin which can spread quickly shutting off the organs and Paralysis them. All that is left is the victim whole body covered in oil and frozen like a statue, drags his victims to the puddle in order to drown them. The oil can also be acid or poison when controlled properly.
Appearances: His whole body is crude oil. Inside and outside. The size of a toddler. He calls himself Junior. He wears soft pyjamas with stitched cloths, red buttons and happy faces on it. It never got stained by the oil, he says it just rolled out of the cloth like small marbles. He said he doesn't know where he got the horns on and couldn't be removed. He has 2 mouths. One on his face and Torso. He can be very playful to anyone he meets and only attacks when he feels threatened or in a state of hunger. He doesn't have eyes but he uses Echolocation.

Cei 341: "Scarecrow In The Desert" [Class: Dangerous]
Abilities: Can increase or decrease earthquakes when touched. Manipulates sand, Only last up to 10 minutes and have to wait up to 24 hours for him to use it again, crawl inside sands and drags people into the depth which will confuse them on which way is out and will soon die of suffocation. He will also threaten his victims by casting blood like sand around him to stop them from coming closer.
Appearance: A very old scarecrow with ragged clothes and a stitched up head with one eye socket. He was found in a deserted national park where individuals complained about the most earthquakes happening there. It was hard to contain him as he was feeling threatened and would do anything to protect his territory, destroying it in the process. He can be found in other deserts around the globe. His chamber contains a lot of sand.
