Day 25 "Shopping"

3rd Pov 

Today was Christmas and dream was taking George to get him anything he wanted or needed, since he could not go and see his family. George was hesitant on the idea, but reluctantly agreed. He decided to stick with anything less than ten dollars so as to not make dream go bankrupt. He didn't tell him this though, since Dream wanted him to just have fun and get whatever he wanted no matter the cost. So, that's what they are doing now ,heading to the mall to shop.

Once they got to the mall they started to look around, and Dream was pointing out a bunch of expensive stuff but George turned it all down since it was over ten dollars. It wasn't until they got to hot topic that George finally found something that caught his eye. He really wanted it. After all, it was an oversized black sweatshirt with Kirby on it ,the main character he played on when he played super smash bros with Dream. So, he went over to it excitedly, and dream was happy George found something and thought he maybe just didn't like the expensive stuff, but then once dream reached George again he saw him looking at the price tag of the sweater and putting it back down. George's ears drooped before he propped them back up with his hands, but when he turned around he was not expecting to see dream there. 

"Oh hey, dream, I thought you were over there." 

"I was, but came back over when I saw you found something. Are you gonna get it?"

"No, it's fine." George said, but dream took a picture of it when George had his back turned and followed him out the store. This whole shopping trip continued like this. Dream saw George get excited about something but then he would check the price tag and turn it down. Ears then dropped before being propped back up. Then dream would snap a picture of it behind George. Until they came to bath and body works, where there was a lavender perfume, as well as an orange perfume that caught George's senses, and were in a 2 for $2 sale so it was within budget. George was so happy that he was going to pick them out, but once dream came over he had his nose scrunched from some perfume some girl sprayed in his face. George didn't know this though. So, he thought dream didn't like them, and the once excited smile on George’s face vanished as he sat the perfumes down. His heart hurt a bit since he really thought he found something. Then dream spoke up suddenly. 

"Are you not getting those?" dream asked, watching as George looked like he was about to cry. "Hey what's wrong?"

"Nothing, I was gonna get them since they are below $10, and smell comforting, but you scrunched up your nose so decided against it." George said, walking away from the perfumes.

"Wait, George, my nose scrunched up cause some girl sprayed perfume in my face, and is that why you didn't get the other stuff cause it was more than 10$?" George nodded looking at dream, surprised that he had figured it out so quickly.

"George this is the last store at the mall, and we are going to get those perfumes since I like them as well, and everything else you turned down after looking so happy about it, ok," dream said.

"Ok, but-"

"No buts, I said get whatever. I'm a multimillionaire George. I could buy everything in this store and more ok." 

"Ok."

"Great!" 

"Thank you for everything." George said, hugging dream.

"No problem," dream said, hugging George back then pulling away and saying, "now let's go get you that stuff."
