Chapter 7: The New-Be

Rocky

As I chased after the car, I thought of ways to defeat them and get my friends back. But then out of nowhere, something ran into me. When that thing hit me, I turned human again. I jumped to my feet and grabber the hilt of my dagger then looked down at what hit me. It was a boy around my age. He stood up and looked at me, then got down on one knee and bowed.

"My apologies for running into you mam."

As he said this he seemed to be shaking.

"Stand up boy, there isn't a reason to bow to me I'm not a princess or anything, just a normal girl."

He looked at me then put his head down and stood up. He was way taller than me and had messy dark brown, almost black, hair. He was extremely pail, and had these brilliant blue eyes with orange around the pupils. Then he looked at me once more and smiled.

"Well I guess now would be a good time to introduce myself, my name is Steven, and you are?"

Well it looked like the kid had manners I'll give him that much.

"My names Rocky, Rocky Birk, now if you don't mind I need to get going because I need to catch that car that just passed by."

As soon as I finished my sentence, I began to walk of.

"Wait! They've took something from you as well?!? Mind if I join 'cause the have my cousin in there and I'm not gonna let them have him!"

Once he said that the orange in his eyes canceled out all of the blue, it honestly looked scary as hell it's self

Wait, did this guy just say they have his cousin in there? Is he talking about Aiden? He can't be.

"Hold up, who is your cousin? What's his name?"

He looked at me curiously then smiled.

"Why should I tell you? Do you think you know him or something?"

God dang there's that cocky attitude Aiden has; he must be talking about him.

"Well if his name is Aiden Smith then yes I do know him, they took him from my house, same as my best friend, that's why I'm gonna go kill every single last one of them!"

As soon as I said Aiden's name his eyes went back to normal and he looked down at the ground. I could tell that he was pissed, and then he looked up at me with a very mischievous grin across his face.

"Well lets go kick there ass 'cause I'm gonna help you!"

Looks like I've picked up a not-so-little little helper.

"Well then why are we still standing here, let's go!"

I said, and then motioned him to follow me and we began to walk off.

Steven

I'm pretty sure this is the girl Aiden was keeping an eye out for. Honestly she's pretty hot. I hope she didn't notice the eye thing 'cause that's gonna take some explaining. I wonder if she knows I seen her as a wolf, that's why I ran into her, it wasn't on accident, it was because there isn't a single wolf in a 2000 mile radius of here.

She keeps looking over at me, I wonder why.

"Steven, when you brought up Aiden, why did your eyes change to orange?"

Shoot, she did notice.

"Well you see I'm a lot like you, I'm a Werewolf as well, just more experienced. So is Aiden. But unlike other Werewolves, when my emotions change, so do my eyes."

Once I said that she looked at me with really big eyes.

"You seen me as a wolf didn't you? Why didn't you tell me that you knew?"

"Well I did see you as a Wolf, and you kind of smell like one. Plus the gold eyes were a dead give away."

Once I said that she hit the fuck out of me in my stomach, and since I wasn't expecting that, I doubled over cause she knocked the wind out of me.

"WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!?!"

She looked at me and began to laugh, and then she got all serious again.

"You pretty much told me I stink. Don't do it again or it will get worse."

When she finished a cocky grin fell upon her face.

This chick is dangerous. Aiden tried to warn me, maybe I should have listened.
