Chapter 7,"Golden Quest Brawl!"

"Jeez.Im staaaarvving."

I whine.

"Should we head to get something to eat?"

Nagito asks.

"Sure.Oh...by the way.There's a game I have at home I think you would really like.Do you maybe wanna come over and play with me?"

I smile.

"Of course,I dont mind."

Nagito agrees.
He's acting like what just happened with my emotions didnt just happen.

Well...I did tell him to practically forget what just happened.
Is he not gonna question it?No matter what?He's...a special one.

We stand to our feet.The day was getting colder since the sun was close to setting.

We begin to leave the park that was beginning to get empty since others were leaving too.

"What do you wanna eat?"

Nagito asks.

"Hm.We could get bagels.There's this nice lady who sells them in The Plaza."

I comment.
Nagito looked abit surprised.

"Bagels?"

He questions,his eyes practically lighting up.

"Yup.Do you not like them?"

I ask.
Nagito lowers his head abit,a slight blush on his face.

"I...uh...like bagels too.Kinda love them...actually."

He speaks softly.

"Thats great then.We should get some!"

I grin.

"Mhm."

He hums a response.He seemed embarrassed at the fact that he liked bagels.

We walk to The Plaza which was still kind of full with people.
It was lively even though the sun was setting.

"Hajime.Hajime."

Nagito tugs on my sleeve.

"Hm?"

I turn to look at him.

"Maybe we should...just head home?There's alot of people."

Nagito frowns.

"I guess so but the bagels from this lady are really good.We'll be in and out.Promise."

I smile.
Nagito sighs quietly.

"Sure,okay."

He reluctantly agrees.
I couldnt tell if he was excited or uncomfortable.He was repressing his emotions well.

"Its over here."

I tell Nagito as I catch sight of the lady and her stand.I grab his hand and lead him over there.

"Hey!Ms.Itsu!"

I greet with a big smile on my face.

"Hajime?Is that you??Its been awhile!"

The bagel lady,Ms.Itsu,smiles.
She then notices that I had a friend with me that wasnt Nene.

"Who's your pretty-faced friend?"

Ms.Itsu teases.

"P-Pretty....huh?"

Nagito blushes.

"This is my friend,Nagito Komaeda.We met awhile ago."

I introduce.

"N-Nice to meet you."
