Chapter 24

(Note:- I am sure you noticed that some of the characters are out of original character and that will include Horikita Manabu. )

Me and Kozue-senpai are currently walking to the student council.

"You remember my request for you to join the student council right?"

Kozue-senpai asked.

"Yeah. What's about it?"

"It is still available for you."

Joining the student council will surely consolidate my overall influence. But it have to wait until this special exam end.

"I am sorry but could I join after our special exam end?"

She looked at me straight and sighed, what followed is her nodding.

"You are holding back aren't you?"

"What do you mean?"

"I can say the true leader of your class is not Horikita-senpai's sister. And according to him you are her friend. So I could guess that you are using her to lead your class."

Now that is what you expect from an elite.

"You are the first person to figure that. I am honestly confused on why the president is still oblivious."

"You are right. A person must have peace with their family and siblings first before running for an election."

"Tool? Does that mean she is not your friend." I didn't reply to her immediately.

"Does she atleast consider you as a friend?"

"Yes. That is something I confirmed many times." I said remembering the date I have with her on the weekend.

We arrived at the student council room. Kozue-senpai knock the door and after some time a boy with black hair opened the door.

"Good afternoon Kozue-san."

It seems that he is a 2nd year.

The boy moved his eyes to my direction and immediately frowned.

"Why the hell is this first year here?!"

Kozue-senpai pulled me close to her until our shoulders almost touched.

"He is with me." She said with her usual elegant and mysterious smile.

The boy was suprised by her action and his lips separated leaving an open mouth.

"The president wi-"

"What's wrong Kiriyama-ku....!?"

At that moment the tallest frown I have ever seen transpired to me.

"What are you doing here!?"

"......"

"He came with me. Can you step aside Tachibana-senpai?"

"What are you saying Kozue?! You brought this mal-functioned first year!?"

Why is she shouting so much? May be an emotional mal-function?

"What is this all about?"

And finally Horikita Manabu joined us.
Contrary to Tachibana he simply looked at me. It is clear that he has above average Emotional intelligence.
