We strive to control,

As we are knocked down; we want control back.

We don't want to be under control by our sobbing throb.

So, we believe to so; along with the hopes to maps of frustration-

We are lost. It's blocking control, so much lost control we don't have-

We can't have. Thinking our lives, thinking ways to stop the bad thinking. How?

Show us show us; I wonder (perhaps you too) if I can have a cardiac arrest while petting my pet, Sue.

These thoughts are so real, [pictures]

Multiple attempts for control,

Because control rewards reassurance,

Control gives certainty that our lives are going to be okay.

So, we believe to so; we know they are useless, these compulsions for control.

However, there is this way we can try instead. If when the thoughts emerge:

the imposter so sickly; the germs they spread, the unicorn nudity, the horrible blasphemy,

We should (try) to pause and sit with these and say to them: I know. I know.

And then (try) to come back to our physical reality.

"But those thoughts will only come back!"

Pause and sit with them and say it again.

                               Do it again

                               Do it again.

                               Accept then do it again.

These thoughts are evolving and playing in repeat. Right, here's another way, something these intruders can be less breaking-

The way mentioned: go get professional help, it is the better way.

I know you know it's hard- it is.

But as long as we're still here, let's try the best way we can to tame this-

If it means we can finally have control over the violence our mind evoked.
