Y/N's PoV:

I fell. Again. Just a moment ago I was falling down, depressed about my stupid lovelife. And now, here I am, repeating everything. This stupid 'soap opera', everyone spinning around me, made myself deaf and blind to see anything else. I forgot I was a Guardian. I forgot what I had to do in this life. I forgot about the children as easily as I forgot about my past life. I felt like the only thing I have done here is breaking people's hearts: first Jack's, then Raven's, Amser's... I'm sure that the only thing I was known for in the past was for destroying people's lifes. I closed my eyes. 'I think...I think I deserve this...' The tears ran down my face and the wind... wait. The wind had stopped blowing. I looked aroun: my tears were frozen mid-air. I touched one of them and it felt like if it was solid. 'Somehow, someone must have...' My eyes widened, and I whispered:

- Stopped time.

I frantically searched with my eyes for a person I was longing to see. I owed her... more than a simple apologize.

Jack's PoV:

- What the hell? You saw that too, didn't you, North?

- Yes, of course I saw it! A person just disolving into thin air isn't something I wouldn't notice!

I looked around, searching for Y/N, and with a million questions in my head.

'Where is she? How did she do that? Where are the other Guardians? And, the most important thing... WHAT IS... Y/N'S EX DOING HERE?'

I glared at the black-haired guy, who looked completely clueless. 'Why did we bring him here?' I thought, and decided to ask north.

- Hey, North.- I whispered. - Why did we bring this guy here? He's just a normal guy, and, you know, this is dangerous and he might, like, get killed? (Mental note: Not that I minded...)

- Well, I have a theory about him.

I looked at Raven again. He had sat on a burning book, and now was trying to put out the fire that was on his butt. I looked again at North, and pointed at him.

- Him?
