Amser's Point of View:

I was in my house, reading my favourite book for the.. maybe 127th time? and drinking a cup of hot chocolate when I heard an strange noise. Without lifting my eyes from the book I moved my hand and said:

"Jack, can't you see I'm reading? Go outside to play with the snow and stuff."

"How did you know it was me?"

I heard Jack say. I smirked and drank a bit of chocolate, still reading.

"First, nobody comes here without an important reason but (Y/N); second, she is not as clumsy as you, and third... you made it snow right in front of my face. "

"Oh damn. That ruined all my plan. Well..."

Jack kept talking, but I continued reading my book. His voice was quiet and distant, and it only made me go deeper into the history. The main character was about to arrive to the Lost Labyrinth of Books. He opened the door and...

"Amser...AMSER!!"

I lifted my hand while reading and said:

"Only a few pages more..."

Jack crossed his arms and started tapping the floor with his feet.

"Wait...I'm almost there..."

Jack grabbed my arm and pulled me outside.

"W-what are you doing Jack? This isn't funny! I can't leave like this! I have got things to do. I have to control the Universal Clock, clean and classificate the books, go help (Y/N) with some presents stuff, make the time go faster to the good students and slower to the bad ones..."

"Amser."

"Revise the forgotten words, give inspiration to writers..."

"Amser!"

I stopped counting and looked into Jack's blue eyes. I felt my temperature rise and I touched my cheeks. I was... blushing?

"What do you want, Jack?"

"Have you ever had fun?"

"What do you mean?"

"Have you ever broken some rules, went to a party... even laughed?"

"Yes, of course, of..."

I stopped and though about it. It was true. Have I ever went to a party? No... And broken any rule? No! That's unbelievable! And..laughed? I can't even remember the last time I laughed.

"Amser, I think you need a break."

"But...but who is going to do my job?"

Jack facepalmed.

"God...Amser, you are the freaking guardian of time.  Stop the time or something!"

I smiled. Of course! What was I thinking about? Maybe about that weird feeling I had a few minutes ago... Whatever. I clapped my hands and the wind stopped blowing, the snow stopped falling and Jack was frozen in his place, still with his hand in front of his face. I stared at him for a few seconds, thinking he was kind of... cute. I shook my head and touched his shoulder. Jack finally took his hand away from his face and looked around.

"Wow...And you can do this anytime you want?"

"Actually, yes"

"Well, less saying and more doing!"

Jack picked me up bridal style and I blushed...again.

"Let's go!"

"Where are we going?"

Jack looked at me and smiled with a smile that made me feel butterflies in my stomach.

"You are going to have...the best time of your whole life."

A/N: don't think in a wrong way! Let's continue!

*Time skip and still in Amser's Point of View*

We both fell to the snow laughing. It had TOTALLY been the best time in my whole life.

"Amser..."

I turned my head to face Jack. A slightly blush covered my cheeks.

"What?"

"You know, you look beautiful when you smile."

I blushed even more, and then Jack started leaning in for a kiss. I closed my eyes and then...we kissed. I felt a sudden flood of power, but I didn't care. I noticed the snow was falling down, so that meant time was running again.

Your Point of View:

I had just finished all the works North had for me, so I decided going for a walk. I walked around the place and arrived to Amser's house.

The lights were off, so I thought she wouldn't be there.

'Weird...'

I continued walking but then...

I saw it. Amser and Jack...kissing. I felt my eyes fill with tears an quickly ran away, crying.

I stopped near a high cliff, looking to

the sky.

'Maybe he wasn't my tipe... Maybe I could love another person.'

I took a few steps frontwards, my feet almost loosing their grip on the floor...

'Goodbye.'

And I jumped.
