"Alright, talk to you later, then," Shouto said quietly on the phone. It was early in the morning and he was the first to get up, so he decided to make a phone call.
As he was hanging up, Izuku was coming down the stairs and was able to catch just the tail end of the conversation.
"Anyone important?" The greenette asked, catching the other boy's attention. The candy-cane jumped a bit, not realizing his friend was there until he spoke.
"That was just my brother," Shouto responded. "We were talking over video schedules and decided to post both around the same time. I'm supposed to call him when ours is ready."
"Did they already get theirs done?"
"No, but because they didn't have as many cameras as we did, he knew they would finish editing sooner."
Izuku nodded and proceeded to head for the kitchen where Katsuki already was and was making breakfast.
"Oh, Kacchan," Midoriya said as soon as he saw his childhood friend. "What are you making?"
"Food," The angry blond responded without turning around to look at the other two. Izuku rolled his eyes at the comment.
Eventually, the other two came down as well and began chatting with Izuku and Shouto in the living room as they waited for breakfast. It was mostly just talk about editing schedules and what kind of cuts and transitions they should use. After Katsuki was done, they all ate together continuing the conversation with the angry blond throwing his opinion into the mix every now and again.

It took two weeks, but they got all the editing done. Izuku had spent the first part of the first week at the Bakugou residence, but when his mom got home, he went back. Shouto, on the other hand, stayed the entire two weeks at his friend's house, not wanting to go back home. By this point his father was already blasting his phone with questions about his whereabouts and well-being. Each time, the teen either declined the call or left the text on "read". He knew as soon as he got home, his father would start hounding him again about his ghost hunting "hobby" and tell him that he's wasting his time and shouldn't go anymore. He wasn't going to return until the video was online, that's what he decided. Katsuki seemed annoyed, but didn't do anything about it.
Shouto called his brother to tell him the video was finished, and the two synchronized uploads, making sure to put each other's links in the description. They ended up making both a premier and noticed their views skyrocket on the first day. They're sub count also increased tremendously. Maybe it would be a good idea to collaborate again someday. For now though, there was something Shouto needed to do.

Todoroki took a deep breath as he stood outside his house. He knew his father was going to be furious, but he had to face the music at some point. He gathered up his strength and walked through the doors.
"Shouto! There you are!" His sister, Fuyumi yelled with relief as soon as her baby brother walked through the door. The problems of being the youngest, you'll always be the baby no matter how old you get. "I was so worried about you!"
"You could have called me, you know," Shouto reminded his big sis. While he was actively avoiding his dad, his other family was another story. He talked to his older brother Natsuo on the phone everyday, after all. He also would answer calls from his mother, too. So there was no reason his sister shouldn't have been able to get in contact with him.
"Sorry, but my phone got busted the other day." Ok, well maybe there was a reason... "I turned my back for a bit and one of the kids managed to snatch my phone and accidentally brake it..."
Fuyumi was a kindergarten teacher, so she had to deal with kids on a normal basis. How one was able to get to her belongings was probably a long story. One they didn't have time for, seeing as a certain parent walked in.
"SHOUTO!" Enji Todoroki yelled as he walked over to his son. "Where the h*ll have you been?!"
The teen rolled his eyes. He knew this was coming and there'd be no way of getting out of it.
"You already know our channel name, if you really want to know, watch it," Shouto said bluntly and then walked past the two to his room. It was going to be a long day...

Izuku was in his room reading a comic book about his favorite hero All Might when he got a call from a friend.
"Hey, Shouto," The greenette answered the phone carefully. "How'd things go with your dad?"
"He's not happy about the trespassing," The candy-cane responded. "He's still sticking to the idea that we faked everything."
"Oh..."
"But, he also doesn't want me to refuse to come home for two weeks again. So, he said he's going to let it slide so long as I promise to come home quicker and call to update him on extended outings."
"Wow, really? I didn't think he'd let you go ghost hunting anymore."
"Well, it helped that Toya called and threatened to let me stay at his house if my dad didn't let me. That, coupled with me not responding to him, I think that was enough to change his mind."
"I'm glad."
"I've got to go. In an attempt to be a 'better father', he wants me to teach him about ghosts and hunting them down..."
Izuku let out a small laugh. "Well, at least he's trying."
"Yeah, yeah." Shouto then hung up.
The greenette placed his phone down to return to reading. He was just getting to a good part when his phone went off again. This time it was Kaminari.
"Hey, Denki, what's up?" Midoriya answered the phone with a smile.
"Umm... I've got a problem," The electric blond replied with his breath shaking. Izuku listened as Denki told him something truly shocking.
