Emilia sighed and entered the common room. "Phew.. almost yelled at Ron today- I need to stop stressing so much." Emilia thought. "I just have to remember it will all be worth it once I see what's in that chamber.. and make it stop attacking." she thought. She sat on her bed, pulling her journal out. "Alright.. let's see here-" Emilia whispered. Brooke and Abigail were laying in bed but also listening to what Emilia was doing. Pansy was asleep, snoring loudly. "Ugh.. I should suffocate her with a pillow one of these times." Emilia muttered.

Emilia pulled out her wand. "Lumos." She said quietly, and a small light emitted from the top of it. She was writing in her journal, so she couldn't do that in complete darkness. Brooke's and Abigail's attention directed towards the light. "What are you doing?" Abigail asked. "I'm trying to make a spell to stop the attacks." Emilia said. "And how's that gonna work?" Brooke asked. "I have no clue.-" Emilia answered. She yawned. "It's pretty late.. I probably should go to bed.-" Emilia said. "Alright, goodnight." Brooke said. Emilia started to drift off to sleep, but was pulled into a horrible nightmare.

She looked around to see a terrible scene. Not very unlikely to that of the one she saw in the mirror. There was a burning Hogwarts, and not too far away she saw herself holding the Elder wand. Her other self grinned wickedly at the destruction. Her eyes were a glowing yellow with the same snake-like pupils. Behind her was who she hated most; her father.

Emilia tossed and turned as she tried to wake up. She let out a small scream as she jolted awake. She looked around the room, covered in sweat. Her roommates were still asleep, thankfully.

She tried to calm herself down a bit. She pulled out her journal. She had a lot of things written in it. Half of it was ideas that were violently scratched out because they were failures. The rest was emotional journaling. There were things about some of her secrets. As ridiculous as it was to write them out, it felt sort of like she was telling someone. It made her feel better. As she was not a fool, though, she hid those with invisible ink that could only be seen with a revealing spell. On many pages after some of the journaling, there were plans on how to get into the chamber of secrets. She did want to stop whoever petrified Filch's cat, but she also wanted to see the creature that was hidden there. It was a strange thing to be curious about. Just like her father, she had a very active mind. She was always searching for knowledge. Even if it was forbidden. Emilia knew she was like her father in many ways, and that scared her.

She feared for what it might make her friends do if they ever found out. Emilia began to become tired again. She drifted off to sleep once more, but this time, into a much deeper, dreamless sleep.
