Gorou x itto

Chapter 1

(Starting from gorou's pov)

I yawned taking a walk around Watasumi island "I'm glad I have time off but it's so boring without her excellency" I sat down finding a nice place up against a tree to relax, I start cuddling up to my tail to take a nap but I sit up quickly hearing footsteps rush up to me. "General Gorou! huff—your excellency needs to huff—see you right now—!" the soldier said as he was catching his breath. 

"Hm she needs to see me? I thought I was done for a bit.. But I must go do what she needs me to do!" I thought to myself. I hurry over to her the sun beating down on me, I then open the doors to see her excellency waiting for me.

 "Gorou! This might be a little tedious to watch or take care of but I've been getting reports a tall man with red horns accompanied by a few unique fellows wreaking havoc on our territory, and getting closer to Watatsumi island" she handed me a few papers and reports of this strange character I read over them a little weirded out by how bizarre some of the 'crimes' are but some are just regular crimes like stealing mora, as soon as I finish reading them over I say.

"Of course your excellency, I will take care of the perpetrators as soon as possible" I bow respectfully and leave immediately, going to where they were last sited. I took a few of my most trusted soldiers with me, we saw a half-torn down camp and immediately went to investigate. We saw onikabuto sheds and a few of the stolen goods left over. "Looks like they left in a hurry.." I mutter to myself. 

A soldier came up to me and asked "can you see if their are any elemental traces?" 

I reply "sure" I look for elemental traces and find fresh geo tracks "hm I found something, let's go be cautious" I barked at them. We follow the trail for a bit and then it suddenly stopped. "Huh- what? I thought we could've found them if they left these tracks.." I scold myself a bit, and then turn around quickly after hearing heavy steps running on the grass towards us. I look a bit shocked at who it is.
