Ummi Kulthoom's P.O.V.

When Aisha went to the room and Ameer went outside to the yard, Mushfeeqah came into the kitchen but she had a very upsetting look on her face.

"Feeqah what's wrong?" I asked. "Nothing Kulthoom." She said and gave me a small smile. "And I'm pregnant again." I said with a straight face. "Wait what?" She said. "Why you saying what?" I asked. "You pregnant?" She said.

Still the same gullible best friend I had from high school.

"I thought we were saying something got to do with not telling the truth." I said. "Meaning?" She asked. "You still so slow?" I teased and she rolled her eyes at me. "I asked you what's wrong and you said nothing which is a lie and I told you I'm pregnant which is also a lie." I said. "How do I say this as a mother to a mother?" She said. "What's bothering you Feeqah?" I asked. "Aisha being pregnant and is Adam's child." She said. "It's a child that is conceived out of marriage and it's Haram, they both know that why  would they still sleep together?" She asked. "We all make mistakes in love but this is a mistake they can't come back from." She said. "I'm worried Kulthoom, they have done a grave mistake." She said. "Mushfeeqah?" I said. "Hmm." She said. "Do you really believe that child is Amee's child?" I asked. "Yes they said it is his child." She said. "They said its his child but I know it isn't his child because Aisha is three and a half months pregnant and three and a half months ago Aisha got divourced." I said. "She was under idaah, I am sure they didn't meet up while she was under idaah, she didn't even know who Ameer was." I said. "But now whose child is it and why would they lie about it?" She asked. "It could be Tahir's child, Aisha's first husband, currently her ex husband." I said. "And maybe there is a reason behind it all. And eventually they will come around and tell us the truth but for now let's hope and make dua that this marriage works out because did you see the way Ameer looked at her during dinner? They are so I'm love." I said.

"Oemie?" Munier came in. "Yes Son?" I said. "There's something I need to tell you but I will tell you later Inshaa Allah." He said. "Okay son." I said and he left the kitchen.

"So Mushfeeqah, you raised a very Masha'Allah son. And they look like a good match alhamdulilah." I said. "Alhamdulilah I could say the same Kulthoom. Aisha is everything I wanted for a wife for Ameer. She is very down to earth and earlier when we went to pick her up you had to see how she scold him for even phoning her and there wasn't  a third person in our conversation, but I was there. She gets paranoid very quickly." She said. "That is Aisha Muhammad for you." I said and we laughed.

When they all left after another two hours Munier came to the lounge we I was just tidying up.

"Munier you said you wanted to speak to me?" I said. "Hmm... Aisha is pregnant but not with Ameer's child, Tahir forced himself onto her and caused her to fall pregnant just before their divource." He said. "So he?" I asked literally speechless. "Yes and she forgave him for what he did to her. He hurt her and I couldn't even protect her!" He said and started crying. "Shh.. it's okay,  She here and she's safe no one will ever hurt her again." I said and hugged my son.

He called it a night moments later and now I sat on the sofa in tears knowing my daughter went through a heart breaking phase but she still smiles as if nothing happened SubhanAllah I am so blessed to have her as my daughter. How she manages to have such a big heart even after many tried to defeat her alhamdulilah.
