Over the course of the week, Yeonjun and Soobin got closer. They texted each other fairly often and hung out a few times by themselves. When Soobin sent the photo of Yeonjun kissing Soobin's cheek, his friends were convinced that the two were dating.

However, the topic of them 'breaking up' never arose. They never talked about how long they would date, how many more times they'd have to go on double dates, or even how far they would go to convince everyone.

Soobin brushed the thoughts aside. He told Yeonjun to hang out with them at lunch—but as a male. He genuinely wanted to be friends with Yeonjun after the whole thing was over. Besides, he doubted that Hueningkai and Beomgyu would notice—the problem was with Taehyun. Yeonjun was almost unrecognizable with his makeup and fake female voice, let alone the clothes he wore.

At school, Yeonjun always wore sweatpants and a hoodie—maybe jeans if he wanted to spice it up a bit. Soobin asked him why he didn't go all fashionista at school but with male clothes. Yeonjun didn't just wear feminine clothes after all, Soobin eyed his closet when he visited Yeonjun's home and saw quite a few masculine but stylist outfits.

The pink-haired male simply said it was because he didn't want to attract attention to himself. He was already fairly popular at parties and clubs—what would happen if Yeonjun got popular at school too? Both his facades would be busted. Yeonjun knew the partying habits of people at school—he knew which ones would show up to which parties. Their drinking habits, friend groups, even whether they slept around or not. They'd recognize Yeonjun after a few meetups for sure.

Back to the main topic, it took quite a bit of convincing from Soobin for Yeonjun to finally give in to hang out with Soobin's friends. After all, Yeonjun typically ate in the library during lunch since he didn't have anyone to sit with. If Yeonjun was recognized, he could say that Soobin's girlfriend (the "female" crossdresser version of him) was his cousin.

The first time Yeonjun sat with them, it was a bit awkward at first. But after a few quips from Yeonjun, it was like the mall all over again. Beomgyu mentioned the fact Yeonjun was the same name as Soobin's girlfriend, but it was a small comment that Yeonjun laughed off. The topic was changed and it wasn't brought up again

It all seemed too good to be true.

"So... your name is Soobin, right?" A girl slid next to Soobin's seat in his first period. Soobin was a bit confused as he slowly set his backpack down, his eyes not leaving the girl's face. He did frown at the fact she was sitting in Beomgyu's usual seat, though. His friend would surely come in a few minutes, and everyone knows not to touch what was Beomgyu's, even if it was something as minimal as a chair. His uncle was the principal, and his aunt was head of the school board.

Soobin noticed the rest of the class was staring at them. A dozen pairs of eyes were trained on him just trying to get ready for the start of Science. Coming to think of it, a few people were watching Soobin in the hallway earlier. Maybe it was his outfit? He dressed up especially stylish today—he had been doing it more recently, taking tips from Yeonjun. It resulted in a few girls flirting with him here and there and perhaps a few more stares in the hallway, but never to this extreme.

"Yeah... do you need anything?" He cautiously asked, pulling his notebooks and pencil case out of his bag. Soobin glanced over at Ms. Kim, their teacher. She was the youngest teacher and she hated drama and rumors. Ms. Kim would usually stop something like this—people staring at Soobin—but the bags under her eyes were extreme and her face was shoved into the screen of her computer. Besides, if anything too serious happened she'd definitely step in. After all, she was Beomgyu's older cousin.
