The Key

Grace starts to walk downstairs to eat the dinner.

She takes a seat beside Lilly while smiling, Lilly also smiles back at her

"Huh where is william?" Kyle asks, everyone looks at him and they all look back at grace except gabriel, grace was the last person to come for dinner

"Ahh he said he already ate and he is sleeping in his room now" grace replies back to Kyle

"Hmm is that so.." Mary says

Gabriel scoffs suddenly "he just doesn't want to eat with us" he says while eating his meal casually, everyone notice his sudden behaviour

The mother smiles as she was sitting in corner of the dining room on a chair pretending to read a book but in reality she is just checking and spying on the kids to make sure her plan is working out or not

"He is just tired gab that's why he ate fast and went to sleep" grace says while looking at gab, he just shrugs his shoulders and continues to eat

"Did they both got into a fight or something?" Lilly whispers to grace, she looks at her

"Maybe.." grace whispers back as a reply

"I'm worried cause they both don't really fight that much even if they fight they make up with eachother in 5 minutes" Lilly says with a concerned look, grace understands her feeling

"I'm sure they will make up fast Lilly don't worry" grace smiles, Lilly nods her head slightly

After some moments everyone finish their dinner and start to chat, grace looks at gabriel to make sure if he is there or not

Grace gets up from her place and goes to gabriel, she taps on his shoulder

Gab looks at her "what is it?" He asks coldly which is quite unusual, grace let's out a sigh

"I want to talk to you..privetly" grace says

"Sorry I'm not really in the mood to talk right now" gabriel says while looking away at other direction, uninterested

"Please" grace requests, gab sighs heavily and stands up from his place, they both go outside the orphanage to talk

"Now what is it?" Gab asks her as he looks at her lazily with his hands in his hoodie pockets

"Well..." Grace stops for a bit before answering him

'ok I'll get straight to the point' she says to herself in her mind and looks at him

"Did something happen between you and..william?" Grace asks him, his facial expression changes to something undescribable for grace but she procceds to look at him for answer

"Nah nothing happened" he says as he looks away at the nearby forest

"Gab you don't need to lie to me like that it's very obvious that you both fought" grace says looking at him seriously

Gab starts to walk away but grace stops him by holding his hand

"Gab come on we are friends, you can tell me anything" grace request's him with concerned look

Gab snatches his hand away from grace as he looks at her in anger

"Grace please leave me I don't wanna deal with you!" He yells at her

"Then whom do you wanna deal with gabriel!?" Grace asks him back while frowning her eyebrows and clenching her palms

"William! Ok? Now leave me" he says suddenly and starts to walk away with loud steps

Grace stands there trying to procces what just happened she releases her palms from clenching

'i should talk to william or else something bad might happen at anytime' grace starts to walk to william's room for answers
